Karen Rust out of Lebanon gave us the absolute BEST loan service possible. Sure, the whole experience is stressful but Karen knows that and she was phenomenal with us. I called and texted her sometimes at the most inconvenient times and not once did she not get back with me or brush me off. She gave us peace of mind and I would DEFINITELY recommend her to anyone and everyone trying to get a home loan.
