We have had an exceptional experience with Primrose and its staff. The level of attentiveness, care, friendliness, and personability displayed by the staff is truly commendable. The facility itself is consistently clean and well-organized, creating a conducive environment for learning and growth. We have been particularly impressed with the effectiveness of their educational program, which is consistently enforced and has had a positive impact on our child's development. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Primrose to families in search of a trustworthy and educational daycare facility.

We LOVE primrose! We were so impressed with everything- the admin staff, the facilities, and especially the teachers. We knew our baby was in great hands while he was there- which was imperative as first time parents. They communicate well and were especially flexible with our enrollment. HIGHLY recommend! Special shout-out to Miss Eman and Miss Abigail in the Infant 1 room:)

Our family loves Primrose! We have very high expectations for the people who are involved in the upbringing of our children, and the entire Primrose family has surpassed those expectations since day 1, including and especially the owners. They share our values of kindness, acceptance, inclusivity, safety, and family in addition to creating an environment with structure, rules, and fun for our child. We believe it is important for children to eat good, real food, and that is another thing that Primrose delivers. Lastly, our son has learned and developed so much since he has attended Primose, and he is always ecstatic to see his teachers and friends.

Primrose at Liberty is a great place for kids. The teachers are nurturing and caring. I used to have two kids enrolled there. My oldest had a harder transition to adjust to the routine, but I stayed positive thanks to the teachers that went above and beyond to help him feel included and happy. Our youngest loves Primrose. He is always happy when we drop him off and pick him up. I love that the school is always working with us to learn more about ways to help with his development. The support staff is also always welcoming and kind. The owners are always available to step in when needed and are good listeners.

As a first time mom I am very anxious to people outside my trust circle watching my child. Especially when she is so young. She has only been watched by my trust circle. June of 2023 I had my reliable child care go on vacation for a couple of weeks and I had to scrabble and find child care for my toddler. I came across Primrose and I called and scheduled a tour. They were able to accommodate me last minute. I went late in the afternoon around closing time and they had not cleaned yet and the school was still very clean considering.

As to be expected my child struggled getting dropped off but she was met with awesome teachers that eased her transition. I want to give a special shout out to Ms. Melissa. My daughter really bonded with her to the extend of her crying when Ms. Melissa had to leave. That right there alone showed me how great the care was.

I loved how they split up the toddler classes 3 ways so children form 12-24 months are not all together but with kids in their true age groups.

One of the main reason I felt okay leaving her there was the constant communication. They send pictures and videos all day. You feel like you are there and you KNOW your child is safe. The app is great. I was able to communicate and ask questions. Anytime they transitioned to a new activity they keep you informed. My child typically only takes naps for me and I went in telling them that day one and from day one they got her to take at least a 1hr nap. If they didn't send pictures I wouldn't believe it.

My daughter loved a lot of the activities they did throughout the day but her favorite was breakfast, lunch and snacks. The food is very similar to what she eats at home. Fresh food and fruits not nuggets and over processed foods. She always had a happy plate.

I am grateful for the excellent care my daughter received while there and would recommend Primrose to everyone. I know that when we are ready to put her in preschool Primrose will be my first call.

My oldest child always shows excitement in going to Primrose. I have always found the owners and staff to be friendly and courteous. I like the curriculum and how they infuse whatever they're learning into hands-on projects.
Lastly, I like the healthier lunches and that they wear uniforms - it makes dealing with laundry less of a hassle.

Prime Rose of Liberty provided my daughter with a safe and clean environment to learn. I see her transform from a child that won't speak to anyone to a confident child with social and emotional skills. Prime Rose school of Liberty will educate your child before the actual schooling age. My daughter already reads fluently and knows her numbers. A trial will convince you. Thank you Prime Rose Schools.

I just wanted to say that I have been with the childcare industry for over 20 years and this place is the place to take your child to, they will take good care of your kids and focus more on their learning and their happiness. Love it here

The best decision we ever made. Me and my husband was so sceptical to place our daughter to a daycare. But Primrose made us say yes to daycare because first the facility itself is so clean which is very pleasant to the eyes. Second, it is secured which makes us feel at ease everyday we drop off our daughter there. We can also receive updates frequently through our parent app. Third, all the staff are really nice, professional and we really feel that they don’t just do their job but they care so much for the kids. Lastly, our daughter has been surprising us everyday. She learns so much from her teachers and friends. To be honest we should be withdrawing her from them because we are moving state but then we feel so guilty because everyday she mentions about going to other kids to play and so excited. So we decided to extend her stay with them until our final week in Missouri. We are just so sad that there is no Primrose to the state we are going to. Primrose School of Liberty set the standard pretty high so it’s gonna be difficult to choose another daycare. So thank you so much to Primrose School of Liberty.

We never felt like we were welcome from the assistant. My son was never happy after school and is terrified every morning when waking up for school. He is attending a different school and love it.

Almost all toddler teachers on their phones all the time. So bad supervision of children. No place for employees personal belongings. Disorganized.

Thought about committing based on the glitz and glam- reconsidered after a further investigation of their current standing with the state board. I would strongly advise researching beyond what they sell you on.
