They are worst kind of scammers out there in my opinion. From info I’ve gathered, by talking with people that have left reviews. This company likes to get contracts with apartments, low income apartments at that. And they get low on money and come find a car to tow. And demand cash money, and absurd amount. They get these apartment contracts because they know the type of people that live here, single mothers and young adults trying to get their lives in order. Sad low life’s if you ask me!

Our car was parked out front where there is not a single no parking sign, because we were unloading groceries in rainy 10 degree weather. And there are people parked there daily.

This is a scam they quoted me $360 over the phone but their signs say AT MOST it should cost $300.
My car wasn’t even parked illegally and it is driven daily unlike most of the cars in the lot at my apartment that have sat there since I moved in 10 months ago.

They’re just doing their job but I wish they’d have better customer service skills. Have some empathy or be more understanding with customers over the phone. The 2 gentleman I spoke with over the phone where very stand-offish. Their phone etiquette was little to none too. Ended up getting a refund In the end

If you’re looking for a mid-level con artist, look no further. This “business” is a prefect example of parasites working together to scam people out of their money. I sure hope the people that they have in the lookout for cats to tow get a decent kick back of the $350 cash only they are making off each car. No receipt given either. Reporting them to the IRS.

$355 dollars for my car after not even being there 24 hours, tow service guy sarcastic and rude - don’t answer phones and no way to enter but stand outside and hope someone comes.

Rudest people I’ve ever dealt with, never use this service already reported them to the BBB, my car got towed from my apartment complex where I live on the lease and there are no signs that say your car will be towed or private parking, legal action will be taken - ZERO STAR REVIEW

I have had the pleasure of working with Jay for 10 years now! He is always there when I need him. He has also helped me on a personal level, by getting me into my house after locking myself out. Also, he has helped a friend of mine too! Jay and his team are GREAT to work with!

Jay and the crew are amazing! My son Locked my keys in my car, I wasn't in any rush we were at home and they were there within an hour to get me back into the car to get the keys. I also broke down at my dad's house and they towed me back home and it wasn't super expensive. The crew are great to work with and overall great experience will recommend to anyone

Told a friend whose car he towed that he required a notarized letter to pick up their car since it was currently under their parent's name who live 3 hours away and are elderly. Fine. Understandable, even. We were not mad in the slightest as we recognized we were in the wrong and that the company was following legal rules. Friend had to impromptu stay the night so he could get the letter notarized in the morning online with his parent. After printing off the letter, we went to the impound location, and the guy who owned the place didn't even ask for proof of the letter and just let my friend take the car and go after seeing a driver's license. So do you need the notarized letter or not? Because my friend just spent 14 more hours in town than intended. This does NOT bode well regarding security for those picking up their cars. Disappointed to say the least.

If you are towed by this company FOR WHATEVER REASON - good luck.

This tow company damaged our truck and did not want to take liability for it, claiming the damage was “pre-existing. ” If you don’t know how to tow a truck or hook it up, why are you operating as a tow truck company. Their clamps damaged our rear taillight and bumper. Before leaving with your car, be sure to inspect it for damages and call the cops if there are any. They lied and told us cash only up front but they take cards at their tow lot. When we got there, the same dude told us cash only again and we told him “hey, you said you take cards at the lot” then acted like he didnt just say that to us. Then his reasoning became “our credit card machines are down. It’s a Monday, yknow? ” And laughed like it was a joke. He also lied about the price being $280 instead of the $250 he quoted us. Oh, and then his shady business advice was to file a claim with our insurance for reimbursement of the towing service because we were so nice that he doesn’t tell anyone this. Why they took a photo with his phone of our ID, insurance and registration also made zero sense. This whole place needs to be closed down.they also give you no paper trail. No receipt and no tow receipt as to who requested it and why with signatures. How am I supposed to file a tow claim through my insurance if you don’t provide a paper copy of the towing and payment. Any attempts to get anything from this company they’ll simply just block your number and stop answering. Sad, huh? Five star customer service right there if I ever did see it. Interesting enough, After googling this company, they were investigated for shady towing in 2019.

Tow trucks don't have license plates. Two extremely rude and scary looking individuals were towing cars.
They only take cash and do not issue receipts.
$305 DOLLARS to get your car out after 20 min. IT IS A DISGUSTING business.

Will report to the proper authorities.

Definitely recommend this company for their professionalism and their straightforwardness.

After my car was towed I called the number and spoke to a gentleman and he advised what I needed to do to get my car. I picked up my car within a couple hours of realizing it had been towed. I appreciate the courtesy and help in getting my car back. I honestly expected a nightmare. I would refer anyone to them.
