Pro-Cuts, Joplin MO

I did a walk-in and Teresa cut my hair. She gave me the layers I asked for and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. She was really sweet, I don’t usually write reviews but I think she deserves the recognition.

I am new to the area and was looking for a stylist. I lucked out when I went here. Angel was my stylist and she did an awesome job! My search is over! Everyone comments on how good my hair looks. I will continue to go here.

The ladies are always so nice and patient with me. They always get my hair done the way I like. They have even helped me fix my own hair mistakes lol.

Associates there she was really rude. Took my toddler there to get a haircut. This girl she had a tan skin and curly hair asked to cut my toddler hair she specifically said NO! That was really rude. This other coworker she was sweet and patient end up helping us instead.

Angel was very helpful, professional, and courteous. Clean establishment and the best prices in Joplin! If recommend to anyone.

My grandson has his hair cut at pro-cuts, and Teresa does an excellent job everytime! She's professional, friendly, and does a great job. I would recommend her to anyone needing a place to have their hair done!

I was trying to do a walk in. The lady working was extremely rude. No one in the place. I had called ahead, and mentioned this. She said.you didn't call here. Turns out I did call a different location. Still being rude she said - I have an appointment at 3. It was 230. I wanted a trim. I told her she didn't even have to wash it. Nope.

The Staff is Very Nice, they do amazing on Men's haircuts. I return every two weeks and every time I am Completely Satisfied. I know when I get my hair cut they will not let me down. The wait usually isn't too long but if it is, it is worth the wait. Thank You Ladies. I really Appreciate you

I just walked in and was served immediately. Theresa took me back immediately and got everything done perfectly. This was the first time I didn't have to spend 20+ minutes explaining what I needed done. It the best haircut I have had in a couple years and I didn't have to fix it after I got home. Usually I go to Barber shops where I have to set an appointment and usually have to spend longer explaining what I need done than it takes to get it done and it still needs fixing after. Great place, great value, great stylists!

This place was packed when I came in but these girls got everyone taken care of in a timely manner without rushing through anyone's haircuts. The ladies were very nice and I got a great haircut

Workers nice, and very quick to do a cut. Put you on a list and works the list through. Quick and efficient, clean and quiet with a large parking lot. Bit pricey but good quality.

Very clean facility and highly esteemed professional hairdressers. My personal favorite is Lynsay. No appointments necessary and they are quick and efficient!

We are not from Joplin and needed haircuts while visiting family. The ladies should have disclosed that they cannot do lines on a boys cut when I asked if they could. To be clear, they had faded lines to follow. Probably should only go here if you are already a customer or if you need a trim.

I went in for a hair cUt, the girl cut an extra 2 inches off. It's terribly uneven and just aweful. Went back to get a refund before buying extensions to replace the hair I lost, and they made me wait 30 minutes to tell me they won't give me a refund, only have another person chop off even more hair to try to fix it. Was also charged for blow dry and style that I did not get, just basic cut, and that was not refunded either

Do not recommend.
