I want to thank Kyle with Pro Foundation for taking time to help me with some sump pump and drainage issues that I've been dealing with for several years. He is extremely knowledgeable and definitely puts the customer first. He answered all my questions and came up with a solution to correct the problems. Im on the schedule to have work done in the near future.

Some time ago Pro Foundation did work for us supporting the basement walls. Their work is excellent at a fair price. We had them out again to assess a problem and we received honest answers. Thank you Jeremy Pope for your thorough inspection.

The team at Pro Foundation really went above and beyond what was required for the job, and we were extremely impressed not only with the work that they completed, but with the level of communication and coordination that went on within the company.

Since buying our home, we've worked with a lot of contractors on various jobs, and altogether too often, what we hear from the person who comes out to do the estimate differs considerably from the experience that we have with the team actually doing the work. Here, everything was consistent and clear, the work was handled quickly, and everyone was pleasant, professional, and patient. We were especially impressed with the level of cleanup that the crew performed. Everything looked better when they were done than when they found it!

The piers did not solve the problem. We have a crack in our wall. An employee came to house last December and indicated the work was under warranty and would be fixed. Four months later, after repeated emails and phone calls have not led to action.

Basement sump alarm started sounding Thanksgiving weekend. Called Pro Foundation Technology Monday Afternoon and left voicemail. Well trained Technician came and fixed problems Tuesday afternoon. Exceptional service for busy holiday season!

Came out and inspected, never seen or heard from again. Will not return phone calls. Will not back the warranty. Do not do business with this company.
