Horrible Service I came in for polish change on my toes a male can’t remember his name but he wore glasses he did my feet very messy so I told him I didn’t like it there was polish everywhere he tried to fix still was horrible I told him my daughter look like she did this so he took the drill and drilled off the paint and told me to go else we’re smh I was going to cause a seen but I’m better then that I just walked out never again and I’m visiting here from Vegas

This place is unsanitary, they do not clean after each pedicure. Youll be worked on with a community nail filer and toe nail clippers. Rude foul language in front of kids. Never again it was a gift. I will not be back close it down

Poor service for the price the male nail tech charged me. My nails were poorly shaped, the gel was painted on very messy, the gel was not properly cured (dried), the pedicure was painted messy as well. I do not recommend this nail salon, unless you are getting services from the lady tech. I observed her work with another client and her nails were beautiful and she has a great personality. I do recommend booking with her.

Poor service, they aren't clean at all. During my pedicure i didnt see not one bubble. The products used he barely had any left in the bottle. Then i got a fill in that was $15 but was charged $30 she continued asking if i wanted diamonds and chrome and such and such and i stated i didnt want nothing but clear. After getting a fill- in and pedicure my total was way more then expected and she told me its because all shops charge more since covid. Now how is it that your concerned with charging more for covid but use the same tools without cleaning them from customer to customer. After doing my feet he only but rinsed the bowl with water. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone. They try to take these pictures for instagram and im not no hater yes some of her nails look cute but the pricing and service is trash. I personally like to go to nail salons for relaxation not listening to you tell me how my nails from another shop are trash. Cause best believe if my regular shop wasnt packed i would have never gave you a chance. Hopefully this helps someone else not get scammed and cheated. I work hard for my money and this was just ridiculous for some ole plain nails. Ps. They only still open because they over pricing just take the time and wait at a better shop.

Came here needing a simple gel polish change on my nails and change on my toes. I saw the reviews and figured well they shouldn’t be busy and who can honestly mess up a polish change? I was wrong! The polish came out bumpy and wasn’t smooth I’m assuming due to being old. Most nail techs will add a little acetone to smooth it out but she never did. The painting was sloppily done and she was annoyed when I mentioned how bumpy it was. I also noticed how unsanitary their stations are. They do use the pexi glass separators but that’s it. No cleaning in between clients, no liners for the pedicure tubs. I will not be back and should’ve taken more heed to the reviews. My normal shop is in Ladue, I will never go anywhere else even if it’s for convenience. Waist of money!

Please educate yourself on the proper way to get a pedicure. The employee is using a home depot nail drill that is much too powerful for nails. He also used the same metal dril bit that he used on the girl sitting next to me without cleaning it. The pedicure was very painful. He nipped so much skin off my feet that my toes feel sore and raw. I will def be reporting this place to the state board!

Horrible customer service! These are the most disrespectful, rudest, unprofessional people I have ever met in a nail shop. On top of being slow and loud! I can't even comment on their work because after waiting an hour and the lady being rude and rushing me I left! And when I say my nails needed to be done BAD I will wait another day I wont DARE spend my hard earned money where it is unappreciated i dont care how good the work is! They clearly didnt care about me leaving so I know they don't value their customers!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER! I will never go here again i went there to get my bday nails done & the next day the gel was coming off the nail! I called & they said I had to pay to get it fixed when it was not even 24 hours, my toe nail on my right foot was clumpy && I had to go home and fix it. They are over priced for no reason when the service don’t match the prices! I will NEVER recommend this place to NO ONE EVERR!

I went to get full set and pedi waited two hours just to get a rush job pedicure and was charged $51 for cuticles to be i touch and heels crusty

They provide horrible service with their incompetent staffs. Never apologize or proffer a better way to make customer happy.

Horrible horrible services.please don’t go there.they have flies mosquitoes and gnats flying all thru this place. It feels really nasty dirty and unsanitary in this place.
