Highly recommend Pro-Tech! Was recommended by Indigo Porsche of St. L and they didn’t disappoint. I got a bid from a place in Richmond Heights before heading there because I thought Pro-Tech would be high being that Porsche recommended them. The Richmond heights shop’s bid was double what Pro-Tech charged and they fixed my bumper within 24 hours. I needed a new sensor, some paint touch up, and the clear coat removed and put back on the bumper. They said it was a small job and they fit me in. The Richmond heights shop told me they could do it in late February. Pro- Tech delivered two months sooner at half the price. The Richmond heights shop tacked on 21 man hours while Pro-Tech bid 4.5. Honest and fair. They also didn’t need to paint the entire bumper which saved me a ton. Rarely do find the quality they provided.

I had damage to my Maserati and these guys did a phenomenal job. Alex is a pleasure to work with and provides exemplary customer service. I was informed during each step of the process, they handled my rental needs and the completed work was outstanding. Absolutely recommend as one of the best in the industry.

Pro-Tech replace my side view mirrors on my Lexus. They did an exceptional job. This is my second time to Pro-tech. In both services they were consistent in on time or early delivery, quality, value, professional services. Followed by a full professional wash inside and outside of the vehicle. Last comment is about their people, all are very kind and nice people - from the receptionist to the Manager, and the tow trucks that transport the car from the Center to Primary service garage.

I chose Pro Tech after reading the reviews and they went above and beyond mymexpectations! Hit and run with liability only insurance meant I was paying out of pocket. Other shops told me 4 digit quotes that were beyond reach for me. Alex saved the day by helping fix just what needed fixed to make it look good.and it ended up looking GREAT! The guys worked so much harder harmering out my dents when I couldn't afford to replace the whole front end and then they even let it sit for an extra week while I cane up with the money and didn't charge me extra! I pulled into a shop surrounded by audis and BMW's and porche's thinking "oh my there's no way" and was met with the absolute nicest most honest and professional people in the industry who did outstanding work and truly went to bat for a single mom they never met before. And their little dog is the cutest little lover you ever met! (I mist also comment Alex was so concerned that that little pooch was bothering me lol nope he just likes to give kiss baths to new friends if you let him) outstanding! Amazing quality work and the kind of people that make you believe in good people! I can't express my gratitude! Lifetime customer!

Highly recommend. Alex assisted me after a deer decided to try and catch a ride on the front of my jeep. Alex assisted on getting my jeep towed and was very professional from start to finish. They worked in concert with my insurance company to make it a fast and easy experience.

Jan and the crew are among the best in the business. I have taken a a couple of cars to them for body work over the last handful of years at both of their locations. Every single time they go above and beyond in helping you at every step of the way. From insurance claims to personal out of pocket work. They hit a home run every time with out fail. In the auto body industry, that is hard to do. I have had so so experiences at other high end shops/dealerships. My last 3 cars have gone no where but Protech and that is because of their extreme attention to detail, professionalism, and timelines.

Unfortunately, I've needed Pro-Tech services over the years. What I've learned is that Pro-Tech is the best place in the state of Mo to have your Auto repaired. They stand by their work, charge a fair price and do great work. I had a clip break from some work done in 2019. I stopped by unannounced on 07/2021 and after 20 minutes they had replaced the clip and sent me on my way with no charge. The owners and staff are great to work with.

Pro-tech does the highest quality work around. Factory finish and quick in and out time. I couldn't be more impressed with their work. I highly recommend them.
