Our pool turned out amazing. Love the quality of the pool and spa. Our family has enjoyed it so much this year. Had them close it and so glad they did, they were so fast at closing it and it’s going to be easy to open next year.

Chris and his team are fantastic to work with. They were up front with all costs and we were kept up to speed weekly on the progress of the pool. They were always available to answer questions and the communication was great. Highly recommend!

I did a lot of research on pools and pool companies in the area, and visited several pools that were in various stages of completion. By far, the best pools and highest regarded pools were built by Probuilt Pools. From the owner Chris, to Shelley, Paige, Dallas, and the crews run by Alex and Alonzo, everything was done by true professionals and craftsmen. It only took about seven weeks from the time ground was broke until the pool was completed. Which, by itself was great but the quality of work done in and around the pool, including the stamped concrete was phenomenal! The prices for the pool and accessories were known in advance and I was not surprised by unknown fees. I don't typically provide feedback, but this is one company and team I strongly believe in. They install over 100 pools a year, the largest in the KC area. Don't be alarmed by their method of communication. They only work through email, not text primarily due to their number of clients. They do respond, and are true to their word. I highly Recommend Probuilt Pools!

Pro Built did an amazing job installing our fiberglass pool. It’s a big, intimidating job to have done, but we were very confident in the whole pro built team. We are soo very happy with our finished pool. And the concrete work is excellent. These guys and gals know what they’re doing.

Worst company I have ever been affiliated with! So my dream was always a inground pool. First they asked for 15 thousand down ok we gave it to them in Feb, 22 then they promised I would have my pool in July, 22, July turned to Sept, 22 went to Dec, 22. Then finally in Jan, 23 they delivered my pool it sat in my yard for over a month. The owner Chris is very rude and disrespectful. Long story short I had to have another pool company come and finish the job in June, 23. I would strongly advice never use this company! Oh yeah they totally destroyed my yard.

We met with a few contractors before landing on Probuilt. We went with Probuilt because they were very responsive during the planning process and helped us plan everything we wanted. The entire process was seamless and the crews doing the work were great to work with. We could not be happier with the final product. The pool, spa, water features and fire bowls all came out looking really good. Shout out to Dallas who helped us with all these additional features and getting them just right. Highly recommend!

We signed a contract with pro-built on 2/25/22 and passed final inspection in April of 2023. We purchased the Aqua Technics Grandeur pool which is a good size (28’) for our needs and was in-stock. I really like the twilight color that we picked, it’s a deep blue with lots of sparkle in the sunlight. We chose to go with an autocover which has pros and cons, it was a pain bringing in the cover pump when it was freezing and then making sure it was out when it was raining, but a big positive was that we did not have to replace our fence which was not tall enough per city code. I think we will appreciate the autocover when we are outside of the freezing months. Team Tony was excellent! They were professional and very efficient and worked extremely quickly once upon site. The pool was actually functioning by 8/22 without concrete. Team Alonzo came with concrete in October and lived up to his reputation as a concrete genius! He was great answering all of our concrete questions. We ended up with a stone stamped pattern in a desert tan. This is the pattern that the Chris and Alonzo’s team recommended and it turned out very nicely.

Chris and Erin have been good to work with and did not over-promise with regards to schedule. They were both very hands on and available for questions. Dates have been challenging to nail down based on weather and contractor availability… so schedule flexibility is necessary. Extra props to Chris…despite living in KC, he was on site frequently in St. Charles County, personally helping not only to winterize our pool before severe weather but also cleaning/opening our pool in time for a birthday celebration. Ultimately, I’m very glad we chose Probuilt. The end result turned out great and we can’t wait to share the results with friends and family!

Chris, Shelley, Dallas, and the entire Probuilt team were superb from initial consultation through the design, installation, and maintenance process and we could not be happier with our outdoor space.

We went with Probuilt after contacting several companies. They were fairly priced and great to work with! Chris, Dallas and Shelly were very patient and quick in answering my hundreds of questions. All of their Crews were professional, polite and always left work area clean. A big shout out Thanks to Aaron and Hunter, the digging crew, Tony and his crew on deck and retaining wall and Alonzo who did a fantastic job on our cement.
