Good reasonable plumber. Has been doing it for years does a good job. Came an hour and a half away from his town just to do some plumbing for us, which the plumber we had would come once a month because plumbing would get backed up but soon as he came and worked on it. It fixed the plumbing problems we had been having and not only that he prices matched with the local plumber. You wont find to many willing to do that. That's also out the kindness of his heart because he could have charged an arm and a leg just to come all the way to kc that day but he didnt.

Unfortunately they weren't able to help me but they gave me a call back with someone who could help

Seemed knowledgeable and very helpful at first even dropping by late in evening (5pm) to help me on a disposal that I hadn’t properly installed. He made it worse. Didn’t ground it, left the ground cord near open water, led me on about a week about coming back to see if he had “crossed his wires” and had me believing he intended to fix it. I’m no plumber or electrician but his recommendations all failed and cost me 2 addl hrs of time installing a vent that wasn’t needed. This after he blew 2-fuses ($30) and put me out a cool $75 (his minimum for not getting a job done), and stopped answering my phone calls and texts when I assume he was knew just gonna blow more fuses or had his money and didn’t much care and didn’t want the hassle. Not what you want as a professional, I met him and expected much better due to his presentation. Unless you have no clue or a super easy job, go with someone more reputable. Long term business is not what this guy is searching for.
