Proman helped me take care of an urgent issue when my heating did not turn on because of a thermostat issue. They were able to fix that, do other checks on system, and also flagged a couple of things to take care in the future. I'd highly recommend.

I called ProMan on a very HOT summer night with the temperatures inside the condo at 90 degrees. Prompt, professional, perfect! A brand new 20 SEER complete system installed in under a day, with the old system taken out & hauled off. Everything works perfectly! Thermostat is SO much easier & more versatile than our old "NEST" unit. So quick & so quiet in operation.
Don't use anyone else! I have had SEVERAL HVAC companies work on several houses in my lifetime & ProMan HVAC is the ONLY company I will ever use & recommend again!

Proman answered my AC request late afternoon on a Saturday. The customer service was excellent from the get-go starting with the call. The young man responded quickly and was professional, respectful, and kind. He had the problem fixed in no time. I was very impressed and highly recommend this company!

Absolutely of great service. Our A/C went out in the heat wave of 108% weather and they came out and put in a mobile cooler for us until they could get a new A/C unit ordered and installed. They were very kind and very helpful. My husband is a military veteran and they even gave us a military discount. One of the best companies ever!

Called a little after 8am and a/c was up and running by 2pm. Great service! Get the Maintenance program, it's well worth it.
