ProSource of Fenton reviews
7We worked with Sandy for our new backsplash and her service was amazing. You can get good deals on tile and flooring, some of their kitchen accessories are not as inexpensive as other places, but what you do get is service, which is sometimes worth a few extra dollars.
I've been working with ProSource for a few years now and have been impressed with their knowledgeable staff, and customer relations. The pricing and quality of materials is very important to them, and they never disappoint. Before making a costly decision to replace flooring I recommend giving them a visit.
The ProSource designer did a fantastic job on the design of my kitchen. But I was not happy that they over sold me floor tile & backsplash & charged me a 20% restocking fee to take it back. I was told that the flooring was a special order & was non-refundable although I was not told this at the time of purchase. In addition, I also requested proof & was not given any. But the fact still remains that I was sold to much material. Now the backsplash they refused to refund at all but not because it was a special order this time but because the box was opened. They sold me 2 boxes with 84 pieces in each box & the contractor only used 25 out of the second box, so I was stuck with 59 tiles.
But they did refund me for 8 bullnose tiles that were not in a box, I received them from ProSource wrapped in Saran Wrap. I have purchased flooring at The Tile Shop, Floor & Decor, Home Depot, Lowe’s & etc. & was never not allowed to return excess materials & have never been charged a 20% restocking fee.
I will not do business with this company again.
Monica was wonderful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The entire process was flawless.
The staff here is very friendly and professional. We don't know much about design, so Monica and Megan were patient with us in explaining different options and helped us narrow down our selections based on what styles we did and didn't like. We had no idea there were so many decisions with so many options in a large remodeling project like we have embarked upon, so it was great to leverage the design team there for guidance.
We learned about ProSource of Fenton through our contractor. John Holler was easy to work with as we made decisions about replacement carpeting and replacement marble tile. He knows his product lines well. When we showed him a sample of the tile we’re replacing, he knew which product line has the color we need for an exact match. He knows the other aspects of putting in tile such as selecting the right color of grout and ordering the right polish. When ProSource was offering a 10% off sale, John worked on our order so the savings applied to us. We recommend John Holler and ProSource of Fenton.
