Technician was very nice and knowledleable. Very caring person. Would have given a 5 if he could have come earlier in day. However, I was told he was the only tech working today so I know he did the best he could. I hope I get him the next time I need service.

The local staff at the cape girardeau Provider Plus office are AMAZING. ESPECIALLY THE TWO WOMEN WORKING UP FRONT

I REFUSE TO DEAL WITH AdaptHealh call center in Florida because they are INCOMPETENT! RUDE AND AGREESSIVE.

IF I CAN NO LONGER DRAL WITH THE STAFF IN CAPE GIRARDEAU IN PERSON I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

I have only been using Provider Plus since April, all during the Pandemic precautions so I haven't been to the store. They have been amazing! Not only have they delivered and set up all my Oxygen equipment, but they have also explained everything and showed me how to use and take care of my equipment. Due to my respiratory illness, I am basically homebound except for Doctor and Lab visits. They deliver whatever I need within a day or two, and completely follow the pandemic safety protocols. These past few months have been challenging, but at least my O2 service has been above and beyond my expectations. Thanks so much for all you do!

I now have been with Provider Plus for a year and a half and their service has been above and beyond my expectations. They are always friendly and do every thing they can to meet my oxygen needs. This weekend I was out of power for 16 hours and their on call driver Buddy, delivered tanks to me twice to ensure I had enough oxygen to last until the power came back. The first time he came was while the storm was still raging and there were no lights at all in Scott City. He not only carried all the tanks in during the pouring rain, he made sure I had everything I needed. He was friendly and professional and made me feel like my health was important to him and his company.

I could go on and on with more examples of how Provider Plus is by far the best company of any type that I have dealt with. But I will just end this by saying Thank you to all the hard working, compassionate and dedicated employees of the Cape Girardeau Provider Plus store!

It has been a little over 2 years now since I became a customer of Provider Plus. I still have nothing but great things to say about this company and their employees. These people rock!

I have no been a customer for over 3 years and I am still as happy as ever with their service, employees and dedication to assisting me with living my best life.

I do want to give a shout out to the delivery driver Devon. He has been so amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. He is going to be delivering in another county soon, so I will miss him greatly! However, all their drivers are excellent. Thank you Provider Plus!

Jay was SO helpful. He explained things that I didn't even know to ask. I had used a CPAP for 8 years and still learned more about the product.

Detailed explanation and training of equipment. Friendly and so helpful. Answered our questions with ease. Changed equipment and it fit perfectly.
