We called today, explained our issue with our Hot tub and Page was able to tell us what we needed to fix our Bull Frog. She sent out gasket we needed the next morning. Very pleased with our service, even though it was our first encounter with this business. Our Bull Frog has been working with no issues since we purchased in 2006 until now. Would recommend!

I did not purchase my pool from Pruett’s but they have went above and beyond to help me get my pool up and going. Very friendly service! I will do all my pool business through them from this point forward! Recommend 10/10

I've used Pruett's pool and spa for years now. I bring in a sample from my pool and they test it for free. They tell me everything I need to get the pool right. Good professional services and the best pool products around.

Advertised $275 for pool cleaning but then they charged me $613.60. They left tons of worms and dirt in the pool and on my pool deck area which was just pressure washed. Stay away from this company! Pool is not even remotely clean after paying them over $600! See photos, this is after they supposedly cleaned the pool.

They answered all my questions and provided the appropriate chemicals. Saved me some money on unnecessary equipment.

They open & close my pool every year. I buy all my chemicals and accessories from them. I have always gotten good service.

We contacted Paige about getting an install on a new pump. She was very friendly and helpful on the phone and asked questions about what exactly we were needing. We had 2 canceled appointments, but when they arrived the service technicians did an excellent job.
