This location in convenient to me. It is clean and I feel safe. Additionally, I cannot thank Erin enough for all her assistance. I couldn't do this without her. She is incredibly responsive and has gone the extra mile to make this process easy as possible. She is FANTASTIC!

My boy and I went in lookin for a box. You shoulda seen the look on on my boy face when we got that box. I’ll remember this box forever. God bless. Good boxes here let me tell ya. Hold things well. If I could give 6 stars I probably wouldn’t because the box was good but not that good. I’m happy happy happy to be buyin a box from the good old pubby.

I have never had as much trouble with a storage unit as I have had with this one. They had bad service when they actually had someone staffing the place, now it has become just a kiosk and it is impossible to reach anyone. The locks constantly get stuck in the doors, and now that there is no one to help, our unit has become completely inaccessible. As soon as we can get our stuff out, we will be leaving the storage unit.

Erin is AMAZING! I was in a pinch and she went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were accommodated! Customer service was above and beyond!

They keep raising the prices which annoys me. Less than a year and up and up. Also have to get out of car to open gate. Not a big deal but still.

The unit I rented was dirty. The office has a kiosk in it. No person is on site. Gate was broken and squeaked very loudly. There people sleeping in the units snoring. Wreaked of feces and urine. They charged me 6 months ahead and sent me to collections. I was there less than a month. Cleaned the unit. One of the smaller ones. Buyer beware they will charge your card without your permission. Also if you try to get 1 dollar unit promo they will say "We don't do that" SCAM! BY THE WAY FAKE REVIEWS ARE POSTED.

Erin was an absolute rockstar in helping me with a difficult situation regarding a delivery. Handled everything as professionally as possible and made my life was easy.

Came to Public Storage because the guy at Extra Space wasnt in the office for my apointment. The lady in the office here is so friendly I felt like sge was really happy to see me. Wont be renting anywhere else from now on.

We used this Public Storage space for a short time to hold us over until we moved and it was perfect. Erin the manager helped get us set up and was there when we picked up as well. The facility is easily accessible and very convenient.
