Immaculate, well-lit, climate controlled space on inside aisle so no worries about bad weather coming or going. Outstanding manager, Michelle, on hand. I stored very valuable furniture and art work and was able to arrange shipment without having to be on hand thanks to the security system and watchful staff. Imo this is the best storage option for the St. Louis metro area - especially useful to Clayton due to proximity and excellence of staff and facility. They take pride in their business and it shows. Store here with 100% confidence.

What an amazing customer service. Alice has been beyond nice, helpful, kind I have no words to express who awesome she is. I never ever had such an amazing experience. Also, Michelle was so kind and they want to make sure their customers are happy and their needs are met. I am still in aaaaa from exceptional service. Way to go.

Michelle adn Misha at the Beyond Self Storage off McCausland Avenue in St. Louis are the best. From the first inquiry phone call, they were professional, prompt, and helpful. The process of renting two units was fast and organized. The facility is clean and well managed. Their communication and friendliness is refreshing. They go above and beyond to help renters with their needs. For example, I forgot the keys to my lock and had a crew helping me move. Rather than spend an hour driving back home to retrieve the keys and paying my help for the delay, Michelle cut the lock off and 15 minutes later was loading in the unit. I would highly recommend this Beyond Self Storage for storage needs, I have been nothign but impressed by the exceptional staff.
