18I was slightly disappointed because online stated to me $1 for the first month and I wasn't charged that amount.
John was really helpful! He helped turn a very stressful move into a calm experience. He also made sure to show me the unit size I requested before renting to make sure it was big enough and it definitely was not.
I’ve been renting with Ps for years, and Sid has the worst attitude. My belongings were covered in mold and than being apologetic she gets attitudinal and rude. Disgusting.
Public storage is the worst. They've raised my rates $100 in a year. They don't even deserve one star.
The Staff is experience and terrific. They answers your questions and go out their way to help. I certainly appreciate them.
The location attendant "Sid" Was extremely helpful, kind and patient with my many questions and complicated request.
Just wished I would of looked at the unit before signing up online.then going back online to get the online price for signing up.
Because even though I did not move into the unit or take off security tag and it was the next day of my move-in date. I did not get a refund of my rent amount for cancellation. Despite never moving in or removing security tag the next day after signing up.
Maybe I don't agree with public storage procedure for canceling a unit even if you don't move in and on the next day of move in wish to cancel. I do know that the public storage on Wilson avenue.if working with Sid I will be treated with respect and kindness.
Sid in Customer Service was very helpful in giving me a rebates for a move in day issue. Besides that, the system and touchless entry style has been excellent … no complaints!
Don’t rent here-they make it difficult to use carts after hours by locking them up and have high rent rates.

I just rented a unit at the Wilson location. The manager there was wonderful. I wanna thank you so very much Sid So much for your help. Don't think I could have figured all that out without you. I would give them a 5 star every time. They were so very accommodating with my disability. They found me a unit on the 1st floor close to the door.
The property manager is rude and doesn’t care about her customers business. I went several times to make a payment and they were closed during opening hours I highly recommend the Vandeventer location.
John was fantastic! He really helped us out with picking out the right size unit and he was super friendly. Highly recommend!
Sid was wonderful! She was very efficient and knowledgeable and was celebrating her 25 years with the company. She even offered me a piece of cake. The facility is very secure and the unit very clean.
John Bruch was awesome. Showed me a couple of different units at different price points. Asked me questions to understand how I would use the unit. Even helped me download the app and set up automatic payment.
