Ketreass gave great customer service in renting my unit. I was very comfortable with the process and he made renting easy.

I had a great move in experience with Rhonda V. She was very nice and helpful with show me the unit and made the process easy. I would definitely recommend This location to anyone needing a safe place for their things!

So I walked into Public Storage because I was frustrated because my unit was too small. Thank God for workers like Justine. She helped me get a bigger unit and refunded my money on the smaller one. She was such a beacon of light on what started as a cloudy day. She was not only nice, but very warm and friendly. I'm glad to do business with Public Storage and I will spread the word about the professional that I experienced today.

Yes I went to my unit on Saturday and it is so Tracy is so dirty and so filthy with a lot of furniture that people don't want to. Lift it all out in the hallway look like people in piston. The hallway it just has a really smoke a smell in there on the 3rd floor of the 2nd floor and sometimes on the 1st floor. I'm just calling let you know what's going on. It's just how i'm feeling and that's and I have never been ethiopian like that before

Last week i came here with my mother to help her move somethings. Ive always noticed this property as trashy. This week the property manager Ashley cleaned both customers bathrooms and the entire hallway. I appreciate the cleanliness. She actually keeps the property looking and smelling clean

Raises rates without any notice or reason. Never answers phone. Random miscellaneous charges. Find a different place to store

The most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I've ever had. Do not rent here. I reserved a unit to be rented on May 2nd for $125. I go on the 2nd to pay for it and it's not available because they rented it already even though I had reserved it. Then they have another available for $50 more and I tell them don't worry about it. Then they call me and say they can rent it to me at the reserved price of $125. So I proceed to rent it and pay the admin fees. I'm waiting for the rate to be changed by the district manager for 2 weeks and all of a sudden they vacate my unit and rent it to someone else. No phone call no explanation. I have a whole room full of boxes needed to move in today and now I have no unit. If you value your things do not rent here.

Came in at 5: 30pm and Justine still got me together with a storage. Great customer service and very humorous. Very nice and friendly. Thank u Justine:)
