This business is completely unprofessional and dishonest. They canceled my appointment for no reason that I had for 2 months. Word of mouth is powerful. I will also be notifying the Better Business Bureau.

Monica does a wonderful job in home training and grooming!
All the staff there seems wonderful.
I was worried about my big dog but the staff took the time to actually sit with my dog, make her comfortable and manage to get me out of there within 10 minutes for a nail trim.

We have had multiple grooming and boarding experiences here, and have never been disappointed with the experience. The staff are always friendly and excited to see our four-legged family member, and even when I was so nervous dropping her off for the first time, they sent me a text update during the day to let me know she had done really well. That means a lot with a 100 lb toddler of a dog! We have had less than favorable experiences with groomers for her, and they are always confident and capable at Pup-Pup K9. We will continue to return to this facility for boarding and grooming needs!

Updating with a quick story of the pigtails the gals at Pup Pup put on our giant girl today. We are cracking up at how they tried to coordinate her to our daughter with hair bows! Thanks Pup Pup!
