Can't thank Cathy Bequette for taking care of my needs after I took the lift kit off my truck and she had her technician dial in my front end suspension and getting my truck back on the road.

I called on a Monday morning with a screw in my tire. Got me right in with no hassle and was on my way in 30 minutes. Great guys and will definitely use them again in the future.

Purcell of Desoto MO always conducts business professionally. They get jobs done right and quickly. The prices on tires and shop repairs are very competitive. Service is excellent! They beat out the competition every time I get a quote.

I called for an oil change and emissions /safety inspection. They got me in the next day. Fair prices and a trustworthy staff.

Came in without an appointment as I had just noticed a bolt in my tire.
They took me right away and I was out of there in 20 minutes.

Got the car care package which only took about half an hour and I was good to go. They even made sure to let me know of any other issues and how I can go about getting them fixed.

I needed my car for a very important appointment and they went out of their way to make sure that my car was available and running went back for a second service and as usual staff was friendly efficient and reasonably priced. So glad I have found them.

I took my car in to have a tire repaired and rim replaced. After waiting almost a month I finally arrived to pick up my car.
IT WAS A MESS! Oil spots and grease all over the drivers side of my car! After going over to complain, they were extremely rude. One of the guys in the garage came over with a rag and tried to scrub it out of my car, but basically just rubbed it in worse. So after that I was frustrated, so I decided to just leave went to start my car and it would not start. I believe the guy that is ahead of the garage is named John not really sure because he yelled it in my face and told me that I could tell anybody I wanted to and they wouldn't care because he runs this garage! Anyways, one of the guys yelled from the garage as he was looking at my car and said she probably needs a new gas cap. When I brought my car there it had a gas cap. Funny how he knew that it automatically needed a new gas cap. Also when entering the car it had on a different radio station that I would never listen to. I had also brought it in on a full tank and when I picked it up it had less than a quarter tank. And when I told them such, they all just started laughing and yelling at me. Doesn't bother me one bit, because I'm allowed to let you all know through this. Please don't ever take your cars there! The guy at the desk, yeah he's super friendly LOL

Made an appointment to get tires rotated. Job was done in a professional timely manner. Will return in 7,000 miles to do it over again. Nice people too.
