QDOBA Mexican Eats, St Charles MO

Gentlemen behind me in line were blatantly ignoring the social distancing stickers. I did not feel safe and asked them to step back; they refused. Instead of asking the gentlemen to comply with the store’s own policies, the employees merely gave me a cookie, which felt more insulting than doing nothing at all (especially considering the whole store probably heard one of the offenders calling me a “fat ass”).

Great protein bowl. They will allow you to lwave out the black beans which makes it a prrfect keto friendly meal

This is more of a get it and go place but they do offer places to sit down after you order. I like that you pick what you want and you can pile on the rice, cheese, salsa, pico & guacamole at no extra cost. I could eat Qdoba at least once a week.

The staff is always friendly no matter what location I go to. If you have not tried Qdoba and like Mexican food, give it a try.

Went in there today, they had over 50 orders to be served and fulfilled when we walked in. We were waiting patiently and the cook stepped up and fulfilled our orders. Even being ridiculously busy they provided excellent service and thanked me for my patience. Thank you Qdoba!

Twice we've tried to use curbside pickup and twice we ended up having to go inside to get our food that was just sitting on the counter getting cold. Don't offer curbside if you're not going to provide the service. We will NOT be back!

The person who helped me, Jay, was awesome! Talked to me like an old friend and gave me great service and it was his first day! Rolled my burrito PERFECTLY and I will definitely be back because of him! On top of that the food looked and tastes great!

The staff are very sweet and care about customers. The place was packed but they still treated everyone well and were very quick to clean up after each person. Will return!

Do NOT attempt carside pickup. I called to let them know I was there. Waited 30 min for them to bring me my food. So I went inside, to find my food sitting cold on the shelf. Money wasted

Always clean. Love this place. Celiac friendly most of the time! They have a few really knowledgeable employees. Food always fresh!

Great food and great people that work there. Got there right at noon and they were moving people through there fast.

I had a burrito bowl that was awesome. These guys served hot fast delicious foods. This is my favorite Qdoba. Great job.

I am a huge lover of all things Qdoba. But please don't eat here! Easily the dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen. It's the kind of dirty that doesn't happen from a long busy day. It's the kind of dirty that you hope you don't get sick! I really hope management sees this review and does something about the lack of cleanliness on the food line and in the kitchen, really the whole place! Sweep, mop, clean the sink, manage your people and your environment better. Completely unacceptable standards. Especially for such a great chain like Qdoba!

This was by far the worst Qdoba experience I've had in years. Grossly undercooked veggies, very unfriendly "I don't want you to be here" employees and trash was all over the place, the floor, the tables, the line was disgusting and the cans were overflowing. Qdoba is a great chain, but this store is a very poor representation.

My experience at this place has not been well. I feel the staff is not friendly as well as they are undertrained about their menu choice items. Did you not make suggestions well and I feel when they prepare your meal they make it sloppy. I do not know how to make the food look presentable. The food has also been barely. At the condiment station it is always dirty.

Had a trainee make my food. A little unnerving, but he got the job done and the tacos were terrific. What wasn't terrific were the chips. Awfully salty. Ate a few and threw the rest away. Food prep area had lots of food scraps. Wasn't very appealing.

So. Slow. They definitely care more about their online, Grub Hub, and Door Dash orders than the in store customers. The employees have some weird tension between themselves, and it was very awkward. Just order online and save yourself the time and frustration.

The staff at 2pm on 9/15/19 were very rude & aggressive. They hated their jobs & made it very obvious that we were a problem to them by politely ordering food. We'll never be back.

The restaurant was dirty, the food was cold and don’t get me started on the workers, Desiree to be exact. She was very unprofessional, she’s not a good server, she had an attitude. She slammed my food while passing it for next person to ring me out and most of the food fell infront of other customers behind me. I was not happy with my experience at this location

Came in for lunch and they were what I'd call a normal busy day, not too crazy. We started to order, they put chicken, beans, rice and cheese on my boyfriends quesadilla and started cooking it without even asking if he was done.so he ended up getting that and a side of lettuce, sour cream and guacamole.then I got a bowl and they had just meat, rice, beans and cheese in it and were just going to ring up our orders like that. I had to stop here and tell her I wanted salsa, corn and lettuce. And they gave me tomatoes, corn and sour cream. The only person who seemed to do their job was the cooks, which one of them came to front and was doing the line employees job.

We ate here tonight 9/14/19 and the place was filthy. The food at the order line was a mess and a lot was mixed together. The floor had food and trash on it the the trash cans were so full you couldn't throw your trash away. Plus, the grilled chicken was rubbery. Gross! Will never eat there again.

Kaya is super great. Always very helpful and always is smiling and in a good mood. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t come here.
