QDOBA Mexican Eats, Kansas City MO

Didn’t get to eat cause they told me I had to wear a mask that I didn’t have even though the mandate was over. Every other Qdoba that we’ve been to recently that has not had a local mask mandate has not required us, so we know that Qdoba as a business doesn’t require masks, only based on local mandates. The workers clearly prioritize personal preference over their customers so we won’t be returning here.

Came here after a long day of being out and at first the woman helping us seemed to have an attitude towards her job but was never rude to us, maybe she was having a bad day. Our food was awesome as always with qdoba and will probably be back if we're in the area.

Very surprised at the quality for a fast food restaurant. You honestly could bring this home, put it in on a plate and I would believe this delicious food came from your kitchen.

The staff was quick, efficient and cooked food so well that I will be back sooner rather than later!

If you want a healthy, tasty and filling choice of quick food give this place a shot

Recently had these guys cater a video shoot we were doing, and I couldn't be happier with the service, quality of food, and the price. I had a note about some food allergies on one of the orders, and Jeff called to let me know the dessert had dairy and I could switch it out. How nice is that? ! Jeff also made the delivery and set it up beautifully! (I didn't get a pic before my guys tore into it). Will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you, Jeff!

I stop here occasionally when I'm in town visiting friends. I stopped in today, and everything is top notch.floor is clean, tables clear and clean, staff courteous and professional, windows reasonably clean, condiments and drink fountain in order, and most of all hot food is hot and fresh. Keep up the good work.

This was my first time to go and i thought it was really good food. I had a bowl with adobo chicken. The chicken was very flavorful and it wasn't dry. I had guacamole, sour cream and pico on the side but the cups were so tiny. The pico needed to have more onions and a little jalapeno for some kick but I'm from Texas so it's probably just me. All in all, it was pretty good. I will go back.

I absolutely love Qdoba! The staff is always very friendly, especially Victoria. I almost always get the chicken street tacos, and the queso and chips is delicious also! It seems they need a little fine tuning on how they handle online orders. I always have to wait when I've ordered well in advance. They're always apologetic and offer a free drink, but it would be nice to arrive and grab and go.

Ordered carry out today and it was awful! Food was scorched! Couldn’t even eat it! Won’t be eating there again. They should have been able to see how burnt it was when playing it! Seriously awful!

Chipotle but with free guac. They even have an app! This place is really yummy, it’s just like chipotle but the guac is free. I really love their bowls too because you can shake up your whole meal in the bowl before removing the lid. Super convenient. Yay. Not a long wait or big line ever so it goes much faster and tastes just as good!

This is very similar to Chipotle, except they use a cheese goop in the bottom of the bowl. Don't know what they use in a regular burrito. I wasn't fond of that and next time would leave that out. It makes mush in the bottom of the bowl. Nice, friendly staff.

My family was really disappointed on our last visit (Easter Sunday). The black bean that was in the quasedeya was so salty that we wasted most of the food we were only able to eat the food that had black bean thankU God we also boughta bowl of chicken. Unfortunately we didn't eat the food there we took it home to eat so we couldn't take our money back so it was a waste of money. I only gave them 3stars because it was our first horrible experience since we have been ordering food from there.

The food is great and good value.
We visited on a Wednesday just as dinner rush was starting. We had never been before, and Cheyenne was very patient in explaining everything. The atmosphere is nice, and the dining room was very clean.
Will definitely be back.

If you are a delivery driver, stand in line for your order like a regular customer. Otherwise you will wait a lllllllong time!

I'm very impressed. This is my first time coming here I definitely would choose this over chipotle any day. My server was just the best. She was so sweet and so helpful.
The restaurant was clean and the best part the food was amazing. I'm speechless

2 customers walked in with no mask on, asked for a sample of meat (it was given to him) and not once did staff remind customers about their mask. Smh We ordered pickup online and arrived after the estimated ready time but still waited another 20 mins for our food to be ready. If we didn't already pay for our food we would have walked out. Could definitely use more staff.

Edit: got home and no meat in my chicken bowl!

2nd edit: my mom opened her bowl and she didn't any cauliflower in her CAULI-mash chicken bowl. Smh

Great place to eat and they don't charge for grac which is great. They can use another person to cover the online orders. I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes when I ordered ahead.

Wonderful, friendly staff! Quality food. Very pleasant experience. The cauliflower mash is superb, great option for low carb and keto folks.

Selection, price, I love QDOBA! I go to this location now because the one in liberty closed: (but free guacamole? Love it! Love it all

I came here because I got tired of chipotle however the lady told me the new honey chicken was good n not spicy. I’m not a fan of hot food. This is hot I’ll be okay!
