QDOBA Mexican Eats, Bridgeton MO

This place always takes such good care of us as customers! The food is fresh and delicious and the service is incredible, beyond compare!

There was meat left burning on the grill and the scent permeated the outside and inside of the restaurant. The food served was good, though.

The young ones are not the friendliest but the manager is great and tell you about specials always looking out for the customers. The food is always good.

The food is always good the give u a good amount of food whether you get a burrito or a bowl. I only gave three stars for service because they really need help, and some people that was supposed to be on the front line was in the back talking, but other than that of what I gave if five stars across the board

Whoever the little girl with glued on edges has resting B face. She didn't look like she like her job and the line was empty and dry.

It was okay. Employees forgot my queso. Despite me being the only person in line. They had to reroll my burrito twice. Otherwise placed seemed clean. Employees weren't very welcoming but I'd at least be willing to go back again.

The food is amazing & the girl at the register is so incredibly nice, but the other worker was horrible and has a major attitude problem. I've been in several times recently, usually everyone there is nice and polite. However, you know when someone is talking about you right in front of you? The maturity of some of the staff is horrible. The high-school giggling and unnecessary attitude especially when I am the most polite person and pregnant just wanting to get my food because I'm starving. I knew what i wanted and was very nice. They weren't busy just a few people there and to do that and then hesitate serving me when I hadn't even said a word yet, then continue to talk about me while handing my food to the next worker and them having to tell you to stop it.because I was right there and it was obvious. I'm not the type of person to make a scene over petty things, and the lady at the end was so nice, especially because I gave them change so someone didnt have to break another bill, that I let it go. But I guarantee you they will do this to the wrong person and they'll do more than just write a review. So I would be prepared for that

The girl in the front was not friendly at all, she had a bad attitude. Seems like she hate her job. Then I asked for an extra scoop of queso and she said it’s an extra 2$. Just for a scoop of cheese? I had nachos so I was confused on that. I almost just said forget it & walked out. This the only location that charges 2$ for 1 scoop of extra cheese. The food was okay but the girl attitude and the 2$ for a scoop of cheese blew me.

Another manager that can't keep stock, or their emplpyees happy. Short hours, dirty and no hot sauce? Close your doors!

The food was good, but the staff wasn't helpful at all. We told them that we had never been there and didn't know how this place worked and they literally didn't say a single word. It was also expensive for what you get.

These are supposed to be nachos. DoorDash delivered and they went straight to the trash. I’ve thrown up stuff that looks better.

Workers were very busy and one lady was not very cooperative with the guests, but there was one worker that made the whole experience for us! She was phenomenal, very timely and efficient. She was working on the hot food side and was very kind in greeting us and making our food despite the busyness. In between guests she was making online orders super fast and was being very nice to her coworkers even when they weren't having the best attitudes. She was younger and had really long braids and a great attitude! I was a manager at Chipotle and she is the exact kind of worker I would’ve loved on my team! I hope you guys know the worker I am referencing and can reward her.

The food was on point but customer service had a bit to be desired. Additionally many of the coke varietys were out at their soda machine

The customer service was very unfriendly. I was the only one in the building and the girl upfront just seemed like was a giant inconvenience for her.

So sad that just like most North County restaurants, I'm going to have stop going to this one.
We went right after they opened, the team members there were not pleasant at all and were rushing us. We were the only ones there. The lady at the register was the nastiest. She didn't speak on her own or when spoken to. Just told me my price and handed me my bag and turned around to talk to the young man next to her. The food was nasty. The queso was cold as soon as I got it. They had messed up previous orders of mine, that I had delivered and I still wanted to give them a try. But this was it. I'm done.

If you’re going to change your hours that’s great but please update them online so that people don’t spend 25 minutes driving out of the way just for you guys to be closed

One of the females had an attitude and stank gace the whole time and it caused her to forget my daughter's food. They usually have decent service but today was not acceptable especially since we were the only people in there during the 20 minutes it took to make 3 Quesadillas
