QDOBA Mexican Eats, Springfield MO

I would give 0 stars if I could. The manager was blasting rap music off of her phone behind the counter. Not attentive to customers, and they were not showing the new girl how to do anything. I love Qdoba and wish this location was better!

I hope this message finds it way to the owners of this restaurant. This was the first time I've been to this location and as soon as I walked in, there was an unpleasant odor. The floors were dirty and the tea container didn't have a lid on it. I should of left after seeing this and I wish I would of. I proceeded to order and the presentation of the food was terrible. I went ahead and ordered a burrito to go. Once I left and started eating I immediately questioned what I was eating. The Spanish rice wasn't cooked all the way. It was hard. Not from sitting out to long, but from someone not cooking it thoroughly. The ground beef had several hard dried out pieces in it from sitting out to long. I've never written a review like this because I've never experience anything like this before and I hope it makes it to the owners so they can make the appropriate changes to management and or employees so no one gets sick from dining there.

If there was only 1 or 2 people working, I can understand why it would be slow.but they took 30mins to make my quesadilla and chips online order… there was at least 4 people working that day.and there was only 2 other customers besides me. This place is slower than most fast food places.

Every table was dirty, the servings were alot smaller and they had me get my drink out of the fridge myself and then It had to be opened with a bottle cap opener so I had to stand there forever waiting for them to open it for me.smh

$10 cheese quesadilla? Very little cheese and 1 tortilla folded thats it for $ 10. Music playing full of vulgarity NOT KID FRIENDLY, definitely won't be back.

The food was good, but when I went through the line with my friend, we didn't know you needed to ask to have stuff in your tacos, so she just got two tortillas and some chips, and when she came to the guy with her receipt, HE TOLD HER TO WAIT THROUGH THE LINE AGAIN.this was super irritating, but the food was pretty good. I might not come to this location again, but I would come back for more food.

Food is good. Fajita veggies had a few parts of the onions that weren't supposed to be in them. Workers play music with foul language from the back loud enough you can hear it in the seating areas, so not suitable for children if you are sensitive to that.

I don't really have anything negative to say about this location I've been into quite a few of them and this is definitely one of the better ones the only reason I'm not giving it a perfect five-star is because it is a college campus location

Parking available in short walking distance next to the shopping center and across the street!

I had a friend talk me into trying this place for the first time I am so disappointed on the quantity of food for the price I paid $50 in all for two half bowls not sure I will be trying it again

Just saying this place is lacking in there sense of customer satisfaction and service. Our attendant was very unattentive as he put brown beans instead of black beans which was requested on my bowl he also did not have any shrimp for my surf and turf Bowl but he gave me more steak instead so I had like two shrimps anyways I don't require coming back here for another review anytime soon

Got 2 burritos one of them was fine but the chicken one was dry and felt like it had jerky in it when I called about an exchange the lady I talked to was very rude and refused to give a substitute

I've been to this location a few times. The fiid this time was bland and didn't taste as good as it usually does. The staff weren't very friendly. The man who was working the front was taking my order, checking me out, and cooking a lot of meat on the grill because it was an hour until close. I watched him blow on the flames and therefore, the meat. That's no good! Quick note about parking.there is a lot nearby but you have to walk a little bit.

My wife, granddaughter and I thought we’d give Qdoba a try since it had been a while. Arrived at 5: 45p on a Wednesday, only about 3 other ppl eating there. Staff was friendly so no points off for that but when we got our food and went to sit down, half the seating was closed off and we had to swipe food off our table, which was the least-dirty. I wanted to wash my hands but the bathrooms were locked “because they were waiting on a replacement key? ” On to the food. Our rice was dry and crunchy. Chicken was nothing special yet our meal (for 3) was over $47! I could only see 3 employees working so probably busy, but when there’s no one in line, someone needs to come out and clean the tables. Why is half of your dining closed at prime time? ! We hadn’t been there in a while and now I remember why. Whoever owns this franchise doesn’t seem to take it seriously. Sad.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Placed an online order of 21 meals (OVER $300 ORDER) the day before we needed it.
Called and confirmed it TWICE the day the order was placed and THE SAME DAY it was to be ready.
All was good and the pick up time was scheduled for 1200pm. We received a call at 11: 37pm so 23 mintues prior to the scheduled time we get a call that "something went wrong" and we can either order online AGAIN, which took an hour to do, or go to the store to place it. We are here STILL WAITING on this order 35 mins later.

Only 3 people working at the prime lunchtime hour. No organization. The customer service was terrible.until they realized we were going to still have them make it. Then attitudes changed to being more pleasant.

I surely hope this company does the correct thing and compensates our time for their issues and attitude over this order.

I have been to other Qdoba restaurants and always enjoyed my meal, but this restaurant was not good. The ground beef in my bowl tasted like it had been sitting around awhile. The tomatoes had the stems on them and the overall taste was just off. My dad had chicken in his bowl and it too was overcooked and dry.

The food was made quickly and with attention to detail. I ordered the impossible protein on a quesadilla. I appreciate there inclusion of a meatless protein option for vegetetians and vegans. The impossible protein also had a lid and separate tongs to prevent cross catamination with meat and my server changed his gloves after handling meat as well. The service was quick, and the person who served me was polite.
