17I hadn't been to Qdoba in years and thought I'd stop by to grab some nachos. Well, that was a mistake! I wanted ground beef nachos. They were out of ground beef, grilled vegetables, salsa Roja, guacamole, and numerous other items. The customers and myself were pissed. They claimed they didn't get their shipment. Then what the h3ll did you open the store for? I bet if you go to St. Charles, Chesterfield, or out in Manchester you wouldn't hv had this problem. I probably won't be back.
How hard is it to get a simple order right? I ordered the tortilla soup. I asked for it to be put in the tortilla shell.went thru Grubhub.once it gets here.the order is incorrect.no tortilla shell in sight.they just threw the stuff in a bowl and was missing several of the ingredients I asked to be put in it.yeah I'm done with this particular Qdoba.the Grubhub driver informed me that he waited 10 minutes when he got there for my order.and they still got it wrong.luckily for me Grubhub has excellent customer service and took care of the issue by refunding my money.
A HORRIBLE DIRTY restaurant the trash outside is ALWAYS dumped outside of the dumpster whenever it is empty.they leave the rice and beans ALL over the place. Cross Keys management has to clean up everyday and maggots are everywhere. Called and asked the manager why they throw their trash everywhere and she hung up on me. Called jack in the box who owns Qdoba and at 12 noon they said the corporate office was closed! DO NOT EAT At Qdoba or Jack in the box EVER
Somewhat disappointed in flavors. When I want this kind of food, I look for the taste of cumin. None present!
I ordered DoorDash from this Qdoba at 8: 45pm when they say they’re open until 10pm. I received a call from the Dasher stating they only had steak available. When I asked if they could make chicken, they said no. This would not be a big deal if I wasn’t allergic to beef. I just find it ridiculous that they wouldn’t make more chicken or pork with still being open for over an hour. Highly dissatisfied.
Got there around 8: 30 workers where standing around and was told that no orders were being taken for 30 min and that the lobby was closed, then I asked if I could order online, and she said the system was down as she was pulling tickets from the machine. Finally, I just left feeling like she really just didn't want to do her job.
They let ppl bring their dogs inside behind the glass. We ate some where other than there…
This is by far the worst location I’ve been to. They prioritize online orders over walk ins. It is ridiculous that I was standing for 20 minutes TO PAY while the employees were packaging online orders. There is no type of management or order present in the evening. I understand a shortage of employees but you all have got to do better. Period. The kitchen was a mess as well.
Outside of the staff having poor attitudes, this location packs whatever they want into your to-go orders. I have had to have so many orders corrected or refunded from this location because they’ve failed to read and check what they’re placing into bags. I thought that coming in to place my order would improve the experience, but no. Inside I was met with unsanitary conditions with attitudes to match.
Editing to add - If you order a kids meal, the location WILL forget the side dish and drink.
This place needs a training overhaul.

Barely give you a scoop of meat but QUICK to say it a an upcharge for more. Off my list of places to eat at!
I attempted to get food at 9: 20pm when the restaurant was supposed to close at 10pm. The staff informed me and other customers that they were no longer taking orders.
Great tasting food, music is a little loud so staff is annoyed when they have to repeat themselves
Everything was 100% trash. Service was super slow. There was 6-7 people working. Almost no food was ready, and to top Everything off flies galore. When I noticed flies landing on the 8 orders sitting on the counter I just walked out.
Biggest burrito I've ever gotten from a Qdoba! It was fresh and tasted great. The people here are calm, cool, and collective when it's busy and always very polite.
Horrible food. Queso was water, it poured out of my bowl and onto me before I could even eat my food. Waste of money! Don’t go to this Qdoba. They don’t care about how they make the food or service it. Horrible experience.

They’re slow when doing other things while they just leave your food out with no top on it and the female employees always have an attitude
Ordered a bowl and recieved a bowl full of uncooked rice, no lettuce, no guacamole, little cheese and sour cream. Should of spent more and went to settled with Chipotle I guess. It's literally a hit or miss with this establishment now.
