QDOBA Mexican Eats, St. Louis MO

Picking up an Uber Eats order from QDOBA at the 4049 Lindell location and asked to use the restroom (which requires a pin) and was told I can only use it if I purchased something! I've picked up here before and used the restroom, so I'm not sure whats up

Where all other Qdobas fail. This location always come through I visited 3 Qdobas in 1 day the first 2 I wasn't satisfied so I left and drove here and they have never failed in the 2 years I've been stopping at this location.

This location is RIDICULOUS. The managers are VERY RUDE towards employees as well as staff very poor attitudes as well as hospitality towards guest the light skinned manager with black hair is very unprofessional with staff and guest and is very disrespectful when in contact with guest.the manager by the name of Kat is just the same. This location should be closed the food is terrible here as well as staff. I recommend to not eat at this location and go over to the one on south grand the staff there is great and very professional

Stopped ordering in person because the staff are rude or irresponsible. Order a takeout from the mobile app.
They messed up my order by placing the wrong bowl in my bag.
Can't even have a proper response or responsibility from any of them.
Only going here as it is closer to my place.

We don't have this in the Dallas area, that I know of anyway. If you like Chipotle, which we have in Dallas, then you'll like QDOBA.

Food came an hour late and was cold. Wasted $60 on some cold tacos. Grubhub delivery person blamed it on the restaurant so I'm passing it along here.

I only gave one star so this could be posted. I’m walking away from the establishment right now as we speak. It is to be open at 10: 30. After tugging on doors, a catering driver comes to the door and says that they are ten mins behind from opening because “they have hundreds of dollars in catering orders to do” So us who work and are on a time crunch don’t matter? !? Yea first and last time at this place. My money apparently isn’t good enough

Would like to give them 5 stars but the past few times I've been there, the service has been poor. The food is still good though so they make up for it! I pretty much stick to ordering online to make it faster and this last time I showed up when my food was promised by and they just kept making people who were walking in before me even when I got there first. So pretty much wasted more time by ordering online.

This location continues to her worse and worse. Came to get dinner today (5/19/23 at 4: 30PM) and was told they’re taking online orders only…. RIDICULOUS!
And there were workers standing around doing nothing talking on the phone. I hope this location either gets it together or close down! I will never come to this location again and advise my SLU co-workers and students alike to do the same.

Worst Qdoba experience to date.

Staff VERY was rude and more concerned with flirting with other staff and looking out the window than taking my order. Counter was a disaster and the health department should make a visit.food was mixed and looked contaminated, cold and old. A lot of the items were missing/empty. One of my orders was thrown away because it could not be completed and I had to start my order over.

In the end we got home and threw it away because it was disgusting. In hindsight I should've just walked out.

I stopped going to the S. Grand location for the same staff and food problems. I will not EVER be returning to any Qdoba location after this.

It’s a nice place to eat but I just left and they didn’t give me my chips and queso I ordered so that’s disappointing and they added corn to an order I didn’t want any on. The people are nice but everyone needs to pay more attention and be more attentive the food is mediocre but it’s hits the spot if you want something fast and have the option to sit in or get takeout

The staff and management are RUDE! I traveled to this area for family funeral and stopped in to get my family and I a bite to eat. My first and only experience. Disgusting! Food was nasty! And pricing, you might as well go to a buffet. NEVER AGAIN!

Based on these reviews, I would think the manager would have better things to do, than ban a YouTuber/ Dasher who filmed himself in a short on a previous visit.

Ordered food online, paid and everything, only to find out the location was closed. Very upset about that

What time dose this location actually open?
It says 10: 30 am but they never open until around 11am. They are never open on time and have a line of people waiting for them to open. People have a certain amount of time to get lunch on there breaks and I can never come grab some lunch from this location because it's never open on time. This is the closest location to my job.

EVERYTIME I come to this location two of the ladies that work there just have the worst attitude. Not to mention the way they make your food is sloppy and they never have crunchy tacos because of “catering”. It’s sad because I love qdoba and it’s close to my job, but I’m no longer going to this location.

St. Louis city needs to shut down this location kuz they never have chicken and always something missing if not the chicken is the queso cheese cmon man who is in charge of this location?

This is my very last time going here. Stood in line for 25 minutes. Placed my order, they were running low on things, so I walked away with 2 half empty nacho bowls. The food area was nasty, very unkempt. I took the food because I had already invested over 30 minutes waiting for it. But the end results was not worth the money or my time. Especially in this area where you have so many other places to choose from.
