I have lived at Quail Ridge townhomes since 2021. The office staff are always nice and give lots of notice when routine maintenance will be done if they need to enter your home.

We love this place. We have great neighbors and the price is very reasonable. Jeff and Diane in the front office are easy to work with. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them an 11!

I've lived at Quail Ridge East Apartments for 11+ years now and just signed another year lease. I have never had a question go unanswered by the friendly staff nor have they ever failed to resolve any maintenance issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend this apartment complex in the Springfield, MO area.

I recently renewed my lease at Quail Ridge Apartments after staying there 1 year and very satisfied with my time spending here. Any maintenance issues are taken care almost immediately. My place is quiet and nice for family and couples. I recommend my friends here!

I am extremely pleased with my apartment at Concord Manor and the office staff. If I ever had any questions/maintenance requests, they were always willing to try and help. The property was always clean and well maintained. I recommend Quailridge group and Wooten company to my friends.

I have been here for 2 years and absolutely living here. So many cool things close by and staff is great getting back to you. Rent is reasonable. Management will always email you if there is a change.

Loving the quality living. I feel very safe, love my neighbors and the security provided is top notch. The management have tried really hard to support our complex thru this COVID pandemic.

Great experience overall! Perfectly priced & located within minutes of any store or restaurant. Very spacious townhomes and affordable utilities. The staff is always friendly & understanding.

Worst apt management I’ve experienced.
Won’t answer or respond to calls. Doesn’t answer emails. Endless hoop jumping to get anything fixed.

I lived in concord manor for a year and had no problems. I decided I needed a bigger space so they helped me start a lease in the townhomes next door. The process was really easy. They're very spacious and affordable. And staff is always friendly. I definitely recommend!

I lived on the concord manor property for a year and decided I needed more space. The staff helped me upgrade to a townhome just down the street. They made the process super easy! I love my new spacious townhome and recommend the Wooten co for anyone seeking a new place.

Edit to add: after I moved into my townhome I stayed for my lease. We signed a new lease for a townhome with a basement. Apparently there was something on my husbands rental history they didn’t like (even though we had already been living there for two years?) so we couldn’t have the basement town home but we could stay where we were. We needed more space so we decided to buy a home. The property managers then said that since we signed a lease (for a DIFFERENT townhome) we would have to buy our way out of it. Then proceeded to charge me for several “damages” that were already there when I moved in. Sketchy people.

2021 Update: My family and I have lived at Quail Ridge Townhomes East for 7 years now, and we're very happy to call this place home. The entire staff, from office, to maintenance, are very helpful and nice, rent is affordable, and the townhomes are newly renovated. In closing, Quail Ridge Townhomes East is a great place to live.

I'm currently living in the townhomes for about a year know. Very spacious rooms with alot of space. On the east end of town which is growing alot. Easy access to 65 and close to schools for the kids. If you want a neighborhood with lots of friendly people and lots of room then move to quail ridge townhome or apartments.

This place was great when I moved in but become the biggest joke during COVID. Wooten is notorious for having property managers who only stay 3-4 months at each place which means they’re in the habit of losing papers.

When we lived here, we had a few problems arise in the townhouse, such as a leaky ceiling and a patio door that was impossible to properly close. We talked to management about these issues and were told they would be fixed. After a month we asked again and, as it was now the start of the pandemic, were told we would be “added to a list of maintenance calls as it was difficult to schedule during COVID. ” — these issues were never fixed. Instead they were added to a move out bill, over $250 worth of unfixed issues. Our lease was set to expire at the end of July 2020, but for some reason we were told we needed to be out by June 15.

Fast forward a few months and we get a $2000 move out bill from Wooten. Our insurance covered $500, so we’re stuck with $1500. We’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with QRT management to set up a payment schedule once proof of receipts/repair as well as before and after photos are provided. One roommate has called numerous times and left messages over months without ever hearing back. Another roommate was able to get through to confirm insurance had gone through, but management made no mention of a payment plan or a way to even pay the bill. We have not been able to get through to them since. I personally tried to reach out but was not able to get through on any lines. My roommate called again today and, surprise surprise, no answer!

Now our account has been sent to collections, and I’m certain attempts to fight the bill will again go unanswered, though we’ve made countless attempts to get in touch.

Save yourself the trouble and stay away from Wooten properties. They may seem nice while you’re there, but it’ll be nothing but a headache afterwards.

**if management sees this and would like to finally respond to us, you can search my name in your email. Thanks.

We just renewed our lease for a third year. The staff is incredible. They’re always so helpful and personable. They really care about the people who live here. I’ve never lived in an apartment/townhome that I was this happy with. We also have some pretty awesome neighbors.

QRE is a great place to live for one-bedrooms. Rent is affordable, at $545 it's hard to beat. The office staff (yes, usually 3 people in office at all times) are prompt and help you right away with any issues you bring to their attention. You will never have to wait on landlords being in the office, which can be an issue at some properties. The amenities are great, such as the pools, laundry facility (which now lets you use your phone to pay), and workout room. Not to mention the FREE INTERNET. As someone who games a lot, I can attest that this internet is incredible and won't give you many troubles. I typically get around 20-30 mb/s download speed and streaming on multiple devices has never been an issue for me. They are also pet friendly which is nice. The people that live here are all very nice as well!

It's hard to think of any downsides to living here. The only issue I've encountered is occasionally overhearing my neighbors, even when they aren't yelling or raising their voice. The walls could be considered thin, at least in my apartment. I can only really hear my neighbors when no sound is being emitted in my apartment. But honestly, hearing your neighbors sometimes is to be expected in an apartment. You will also experience heavy amounts of noise from traffic if your APT is placed by Ingram Mill, as Glendale is close by. Again, this is something that can't really be helped as it's just a side effect of the location. But anyone applying here should be forewarned about this.

Edit: There were some changes made towards the end of my stay here that were pretty negative. The landlord changed right before I moved out and she seemed like I was always inconveniencing her, like I had done something to make her angry. I always tried my best to stay out of management's hair the whole time I was there, but when you are moving out you are forced to interact with them. She just seemed mad at me for some reason each time I spoke with her.

Another issue was the constant smell of pot throughout my apartment complex during the last year of my lease. I had reported it to the apartment staff and I know others did as well, and nothing ever seemed to be done about it. If it was only the outside of the apartment where I could smell it, that would be one thing, but I would smell it in my apartment almost everyday. There are other issues that arose towards the end of my lease, but these are just the highlights.

I love the townhomes more than any other place I’ve lived. They’re wonderfully priced with efficiency. Spacious and comfortable!

TERRIBLE! We filled out an application and were told they would get back to us. I was pregnant at the time and we needed a place ASAP. We were sent an email and told to make an account for payments on our unit. We were told they had us down for the unit and they gave us our unit number as well. We have been waiting about a month for everything to go through. We called today and they just told us that they couldn’t give us our unit. I now have a newborn baby and we need a place. We were told that we HAD the unit. Do not apply here unless you want them to take a month to get back to you. Thank you NANCY! For lying to us and for waisting a month or our time. I would not be frustrated if they hadn’t told us that we had the unit and had us already set up an account for payments! DO NOT APPLY HERE! Terrible service! Never experienced such bad customer service in my life. Who knows if they would have even called us and told us! They have not called us once during the whole process we have had to call every single time.

Been here two years and renewing again. Love this place! One of the best places I've ever rented from. They're super responsive and proactive.
