Quail Run Mobile Home Park

Run down park lived here for 3 years. It was a nice place to live untill recently.the owners don't care about anything besides trying to force everyone to write statements on their old manager for stealing money that is not missing i tracked down every single check i wrote QUAIL RUN cashed them not the old manager.i have a ZERO dollar balance with the park so why would i write a false police report when my money isnt missing. Ive asked multiple times for the owners information catherine nor lindsey will give me their information. All Lindsey wants is to get me to write a report saying catherine took money from me and quail run will credit my account sounds like fraud if you ask me. I can not wait to get out of this drug infested place.

Stoped left message for new park manager, they never responded. My home was destroyed by fire in Nov. Lost everything and my grandson died in the fire. Park manager said shed help us with ins since our papers all burned, park manager at the time stole, embezzled however they want to word it 12,000 of our money, they said it to be handled by attorneys but never gave attorneys name, contact Info nothing, tried to contact one of the OWNERS left message my attorney did also and got no response.management also posted our lot with illegal eviction notices. I would not recommend this as a place to live managements very shady and if you try to go higher the owners they dont respond or have actually told people to loose their number all they seem to care about is your rent check. My family had a desaster, loss of life, pets, stolen from, illegally evicted, then ignored by old management, owners, and new management, and still out 12, ooo $$ + a charity put about 5,000$ toward our new home they stole that too and didn't return thier $$ or calls. NOT a good place to live.

I received a call this morning that i needed to call the office. The woman who was helping me with the purchase of this home stated its not possible to move into the home i choose by the first of August. That i also will have to deal with someone else. I have sold my current home and have no choice but to be out of where I am living. This company promised me i would have a home for my family i have 10,000 i was putting down i have been approved with a lender. Since catherine called this morning I have called the office numerous times went by and sent text messages. Due to this companies lack of ethic's and unwillingness to go by agreements they are rendering my family homeless. If I could leave no stars I would.

Its a joke if your thinking about moving here. Don't ask to smell the water first. The owners needed if anyone has its please post it.need it for heath department. Water is not consumeable.

Too much crime activty corner just left manager claims its not her concern to leave her home that somone will deal with it next week. Im sure shes lieing just so she doesnt have to deal with it tonight.

Shortly after geting home from work the police start chasing a car down the road.they hit mailboxes i went to the managers house to tell her what was going on and was told by kathryn shes not the manager but would leave a message that someone would get back to me To go home.than i see the coroner van pulling down the street something needs to done we need to be able to reach someone in an emergency like this. Ive always felt safe here and anytime ive had a problem kathryn would fix it or give me the information on how and who to call. Now that shes not here im not sure i feel the security i have had since i lived here.

I have lived in this community many many years. We have had several managers and changed ownership at one point. The roads need some work done to them, as they are a bit ruff on vehicles. The crime rate over the past few years had drastically lowered. In the past week it has began to pick up a bit. Our water is well based and could use a tad of work at times it is not consumable. Any time I have ran into an issue the most recent manager has been very helpful, she even brought me groceries when the weather would get too bad I am very sad to see her go. I look forward to seeing what new quarks the new manager brings. Each one has helped make it not only a community but a family.

Came by to talk to them, no answer at the door, no sign of goes of operation. Will re-rate if my next visit is productive.

My daughter put money down on a home and was unable to go through with it due to a change in circumstances. The office manager said that she would refund her money but it would take 30 days because she had to wait for the accountant to cut the check. That was over 3 months ago. Now she will not reply to my daughter’s messages nor has she mailed the refund check that she promised. Guess it will have to go to small claims now.
Update: My daughter received her refund the day after this post was made.

Kids running all in the street. Roads are rough, cant avoid potholes. Some of the older trailers here are a complete eyesore.

My homies live in there, the leaseing office is not helpful to the residents.just drive in one of the entrances.youll see or hear.your car dragging

It's a nice place and clean. My friend lives there and all of the lots are kept clean and orderly. Nice place to be.

If I could make it a half a star I would. This place is garbage and after living here for 2 yrs my deck still isn't built house has never passed inspection and several people have issues also. Poor Management I have asked about my deck over and over and still nothing!

My family and I have lived here two years and we love it. It’s a quiet, and kid friendly neighborhood.

I am the neighbor of Rachel Skaggs and just need to correct the record. The picture of our trash overflowing is the FIRST time that has ever happened and it was just an excessive week of trash and NOT because of "multiple families living in one home". The "stray" cats are BECAUSE of the Skaggs. THEY left (and still leave) their skirting up so the cats THEY FEED can have a place to shelter. They even took one in and it stays inside now. Their kid was NEVER bit by a pitbull on their front porch. They tried to claim my cousins pitbull that lives up the street from me chased their daughter home and when the cops showed up I showed them both my cousins video surveillance and my video surveillance showing the dog NEVER leaving the yard and the kid NEVER ran from anything. Needless to say the police yelled at THEM for the stupid call. At the beginning of the year we caught them taking photos of our children playing in the yard as if they were doing something wrong. Seems to me like they are just butt hurt because they moved into something they didn't want or couldn't afford and now they are trying to scam their way out of the lease. As far as the trailer park goes, they have fixed everything we've asked and we've had nothing but good things from management. I wouldn't believe some butt hurt scammers, come out here and check it out yourself, it's a nice quiet place to live.

I attended the Hocus Pocus event and I fell in love with the property it was clean and well kept. I am seriously considering moving my family here

I think it is a great place to live. We did have some issues in the beginning but it was taken care of promptly! Kathryn does a great job helping the residents, there are some problem neighbors who are constantly trying to be nosey and start drama that isn't there! But the rest of the community is great everyone gets along we had a great Hocus Pocus with a great turn out! This is great place

If none of it's true then why does Kathryn keep taking down the pictures I post that show proof. It's your male cat that keeps impregnating the stray females and we aren't the only ones who have taken in one of the kittens. When the time comes, I have plenty of proof to back up my allegations and now I know there's video feed of it all! Thank you Ronnie! I am the mother of Elders 2003 and panda lover. NONE of the issues have been addressed! We have lived here since August 2017. Our loan included a deck and pad for both entryways, our back deck is on the dirt. Our yard is a swamp every time it rains due to poor grading. Management sent someone to fix a leaking pipe a year ago and they left the underpinning off and the insulation hanging which allowed the many stray cats to go under and shred it. My daughter was attacked by a pitbull on our front porch. Trash cans are constantly overflowing due to multiple families living in one home. Dogs are constantly running loose. Kids are constantly playing in the street. Rules and regulations are not followed nor are they enforced. Management won't give out the owners name so I can report her and from what I understand the other quail run communities that aren't located in Moscow Mills are not like this so I would assume that it's due to poor management. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office and urge anyone with similar issues to do the same.

I attended the hocus locust he park over the weekend and it was really nice community everyone was pleasant and helpful. I m thinking of moving to the new community when it is ready. Kathryn was amazing at answering any questions I had.
