If I could give this place less than one star, I would. It was disgusting, and really run down. They would be better to demolish the whole place.

Hope I come back? Your manager called the cops on us because we found a bed bug in 2 of the 3 rooms we had and told us not to come back. Lol trust me you don’t have to worry about my family coming back to your dump of a motel!

I chose this hotel because it offered a room with three queen beds which was perfect for our family. However, the room was not available due to a water leak. We were given two rooms with an interior door between the rooms. It worked for us, but it meant our family was split up. The rooms were small, especially the bathroom. We were all looking forward toward to the indoor pool which was another reason I chose this hotel. However, it was ice cold. The bathroom door on one of the rooms would not close unless you lifted the door. We ended up leaving a day early because we had planned time to swim but could not swim in the cold pool. We tried to get a refund because we were not able access the pool but were only offered a 20% refund. We just left. We will NOT be staying or recommending this hotel.

Absolute WORST experience at a hotel EVER! Booked a hot tub suite and everything about it sucked. The room had holes in the walls, hot tub and shower both didn’t have hot water, breakfast was not served and couldn’t even talk to maintenance or manager after checking in to request a different room. They actually told us what do you expect Branson is practically shut down during the winter!

Just to be clear if there was an option for no stars that’s what I’d pick. Save your money!

This used to be one of our favorite hotels in Branson. Got sold and the reputation went down. Now the old owners have it back for all who remember how nice it was it is almost there again please give them another chance with the frustration. We skipped a year of stopping here but went back in November and the old desk and the people we loved were back again. Phill White

You get what you pay for. Handicap room was in a different building from where the main lobby and breakfast was served. Roll-in shower had the rubber water guard torn up from the floor and placed on the shower seat. The shower floor needed to be slanted towards the drain more to keep the water from pooling. A metal hanger was bent and used as the toilet paper holder which was hanging from the toilet grab bar. Staff was extremely pleasant

Hotel is pet friendly which is nice, and the complimentary breakfast isn't bad at all.for a hotel on the strip it's a good value. But you are paying for location more than anything else.

The stay was okay. Kinda unhappy probably would be an okay place to stay in the summer because then the outside pool would be open. The beds are pretty comfy. Their staff is pretty friendly have no complaints there. There is no hot tub here and it claimed to have 1. The inside pool claimed to be a heated pool and it is not whatsoever. It was to cold to even be able to get in it. There is no microwave in the rooms and their lobby says it's open 24hrs and it is not. Their breakfast isnt bad overall.

At checkin was informed no cable tv. Was given $5 discount by nice lady. They did it kind of strange by canceling my reservation and remaking it through some other platform. We are Choice Privileges Diamond members. The outside of the buildings were filthy dirty trash cans overflowing, the elevator had trash in it.
Looked online for what time breakfast was and it said 6: 30. So when I woke up I snuck out of our room and went to breakfast without waking everyone. Found the sign on the door about breakfast being at 7: 30. About 6: 45 a couple of ladies showed up and asked if they could help me. I informed thim I was waiting for breakfast and didn't want to wake up the rest of the family going back to the room. So they went in leaving me outside locking the door behind them. A couple up about 7: 00 ready for breakfast they had already packed all of their items in their vehicle and locked their keys in the room. They were informed breakfast was at 7: 00 a.m. So they waited in their car until the door was unlocked promptly at 7: 35. When at that time I went in for breakfast and found out that they weren't able to go to Walmart and buy some eggs or waffle mix to add to breakfast and because of supply chain shortages they could only have biscuits and gravy with sausage or the Cold Cereal or oatmeal.
I was not happy at by how dirty the breakfast room was. Food on the floor, tables with dried food on them. I was the first guest in that morning. As I sat on the bench outside waiting for breakfast one of the lady's just sat a table poaking her phone.
I did have an issue with the safety handle for the shower having the cover off and very loose if I had needed it to stop a fall it would have broke off in my hand. There was no microwave and only half of a refrigerator. The housekeeping for our room was good it was clean
By the way our TV did work.

Our room was nice and clean, the ac unit worked amazing. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast lady was so sweet. Lots of food to choose from for breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were my favorite. Great location. The wifi was fast and we had plenty of tv channels. Would definitely stay here again. Not sure why the reviews are crazy on here but we had a great stay!

Sticky side dripping down the doors and walls, scabs and hair found in the sheets. Mold in the tub, and the general manager would not refund our money. We had to get a different hotel. The rooms smelled like smoke so bad we couldn't breath in the rooms. There were 20 of us on a bus trip.

They canceled my reservation because I booked with points then refused to talk to Choice customer service called me names and told me to vacate the property. This is the worst motel I ever dealt with nothing but a terrible experience don’t book this dump stay at the Quality inn Branson the one this one.

Friends of mine just "tried" to stay there this weekend. Bed bugs, dirty rooms and manager was hateful and rude. But people! Based on this "owners" response to some of these negative reviews, I would not stay here even if it was immaculate and staff was on point. A reputable business owner should NEVER respond as THIS ONE has to such unhappy customers. I understand sometimes you cannot please everyone but as an owner of a business, these low blows and mentioning their religious beliefs or their finances in response to THEIR NEGATIVE reviews is tacky and appalling. You should be ashamed of yourself. Do better.

Very dirty hotel, and equally awful owners. They blame their problems on being understaffed. You aren’t understaffed, you’re greedily OVERBOOKED. If you only have staff to clean 20 rooms, quit booking 40 rooms, taking the hard-earned money of tourists hoping they’ll tolerate your unethical behavior! Very bad hotel and management here! Choose a different place!

Wish I could give this 0 stars. Worst experience ever. Stayed 2 nights. Office didn't open til 7 am, but second day desk clerk was not even there at 7: 45. Made us late getting to our destination. Rooms were dark and not clean. Trash was piled up near elevator and it was rhere for 2 days only getting worse. Looks like someone threw up in elevator that was not cleaned for 2 days. Please make your reservation at another location. You do not want to stay here!

Our stay was less than desirable. We tried calling multiple times to let them know we were arriving later than expected, no answer. The room itself was remodeled but the bathroom was close to original with a broken bar in the shower. We stopped by the lobby for clean towels, sign said call posted number, well no answer. Called the front desk the next morning and they said housekeeping isn't here until 8: 30, sorry. Hallway and elevator areas were dirty with trash piled up. We were double charged and the property itself marked out stay as a no show so we cannot get any point or nights for our stay. The WORST experience with the property and Choice customer service. Do not stay here.

There was blood on the sheets, smelled like cigarettes, and very rude staff…would not recommend this place to anyone…sad to see a city stained by an establishment like this.

I am not one to go out of my way to write a bad review, but I would avoid this hotel if at all possible. There was clear evidence of bed bugs in our room. There were also stains all over the sheets, no bed protector, the deadbolt on our door was broken, and there was a hole in the window AC unit so you could see clear through to the outside from one area. When we mentioned having bed bugs in our room, we kindly told them we were not comfortable switching to a different room and would like a refund it possible. We were informed that pest control needs to confirm the existence of bed bugs in order to get a refund so we would need to wait and see. I offered to show photos for proof, but the receptionist (or manager, I am not sure) was not interested. We found a La Quinta hotel across town last minute for $50 more a night and a million times nicer. Even if we don't get refunded, I am glad we found somewhere else to stay.

Update after owner response:
We were not a part of a group, it was just my boyfriend and I. Under the lip of the mattress there were multiple areas with small black/brown dots which is a common sign of bed bugs. There was also a small blood stain near this area which is also a common sign. I am not trying to bash a business, I just wish we were at least able to show photos to the worker in order to get a refund. We have no ill will/are go with the flow people, it was just concerning how little staff seemed to care about the situation, and we have received no update on whether we will receive a refund or not.

When we checked in for our one night stay I was informed "the system had a glitch and refunded all of the money that had been charged and we need to charge you again. It will take 2 weeks to refund the original charge to your card. " They did give me a $13 discount for the inconvenience. We went to the room and relaxed a bit before going out for the evening. Upon our return my wife remarked on the brown stain at the foot of comforter, but it was relatively inconsequential until I tried to plug my phone charger in and it blew the breaker for the entire room. I went to the phone in the room to dial the front desk. It wasn't plugged into the wall and didn't even have a cord to plug into the wall. I tried call the front desk from my cell and was disconnected 3 times. I went up to the office and explained our problem and handed them the not connectable phone. They informed me their phones are out. I said I would like to be compensated and was told the maintenance man would be down shortly to reset the breaker. She looked straight at him sitting at the front desk and he didn't budge. I left the office before my head exploded and I made things worse. I went back to my room and called the Choice Hotel guest relations line to file a complaint. Our power was restored and the maintenance man drove by in his car to make sure the power was back on. No personal contact was made further.

Great Value, Clean, friendly staff and can walk to so many things! Kids loved the pool and it was great that they offer a inside and outside pool
