Quality Inn Farmington

The rooms had an older decor, but were clean and comfortable. The heat kept the room comfortable and the beds were comfortable too. They were able to accommodate a same day check-in.

I had a great stay! I planned to come back and stay again for the duration of my travel contract. However, I was charged $70 more than the receipt that I left with and no one is willing to give me an explanation. Or a refund of the overcharge.

Incorrect picture of hotel.staff acted quickly for a loud guest causing issues at night. Very thankful.

4th stay at this hotel now and it has the same quality and cleanliness as in the past! Bonus for being pet friendly! Clean updated room and reasonable prices! Indoor and outdoor pool. Close to all the parks in the area. Staff is super nice and helpful! Secure area. Will be our place to stay when returning.

Not too bad. Staff is nice, very strict on no smoking and not eating breakfast they serve in the rooms. Not a big deal to me but might be for some. Rooms are nice, clean, and we'll maintained.

DO NOT ever book with Quality Inn in Farmington. I booked for my daughters birthday party just to be told yesterday we can’t have any visitors and the pool is broke. They wouldn’t refund me my money or let my friend cancel and refund her either. Tried calling corporate, waited for the manager to call me back, and never heard anything back. I call the hotel today, finally get the manager for him to call me a liar, tells me my reservation was cancelled and i won’t be refunded, told me why didn’t i go to another hotel if i had a party at another one before cuz hotels don’t allow that, and i never once raised my voice at him. I told him this was all very bad business. Called corporate back again and they finally agreed to refund me after i said i would contact the better business bureau, attorney general, and stand out there with a sign stating what happened. This manager there is completely unprofessional and very rude. This was for my daughters 6th birthday. My mind is blown over all this and for that manager to cancel without my permission and not refund me anything is crazy. Would give zero stars if i could.

Staff woke me up to inform me of a 100.00 incidental fee on a 70.00 room that was pre-paid and reserved 2 days prior to my stay. When I came down hotel staff yelled at me and was very unprofessional about the matter.

Big rooms, eggs and sausage for breakfast. Inside/outside pool. They are cleaning your room everyday of your stay. Beds are comfortable.

The only downside to this place is that it didn't have an elevator to get our stuff up to the top floor.

We stayed over wed oct 19 and arrived around 1 am. These ppl are absolutely amazing. We called ahead and said we needed a pet friendly room. The man working called the manager to see if they could get a pet friendly room as they didnt have one available. He called back just as promised and got us a room. It was comfortable spacious and very clean.i would very much reccomend staying here to others:)

We booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. There were signs about not filling tub too full as we would responsible for damage to rooms below so we tested how high the water would be with us in the tub and when we tried to start jets, there was no way to turn them on without standing up to do so. The jets turned on and sprayed water across the top of tub surround where there was peeling caulk around the tiles. The timer for jets didnt work and there was no way to turn it off without standing up again. The hand rail to get in and out the stairs to the tub was loose. After a few minutes we noticed black chunks floating in the water. The window in the bathroom was broken and looked like it had been taped but was falling apart.

Bed was alil hard to sleep in and the guide on the remote didn't work and the bathroom door didn't lock
