Quality Inn & Suites Bethany

Excellent service from Jay and Monica! We were in a situation where we needed a lot of their assistance, and they did everything for us including transportation to the airport because our car was disabled.

We stayed in 2020 so we decided to stay again in 2021. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Decent breakfast. Will stay again traveling because we know it's a good hotel to stay in.

Friendly staff! And so much better than the night before stay in a different place. If passing though would make it on my list to stay again.

Specifically paid extra for a room with the two person tub so I could soak my back after a long trip. The tub was amazing! The bed was really hard, which made it difficult for me to sleep.

After a very long day of driving we decided to find a hotel. We have always had great experience at Quality Inn so we pulled in for the night.
Staff was friendly and lobby was clean. When we got to our room it was damp and smelled like a very musty basement. There were stains on the outer comforter. Our fault as we were so tired we just crashed. This morning as the light was up we realized the smell was black mold all over the wall and even our shoes felt damp this morning. We were excited to have a hot breakfast which was okay. Biscuits were quite hard but the gravy was very good. We asked if there was water and were told to go to the drinking fountain. When we mentioned the smell we were told "don't worry, we are closing for a couple days. " The staff was friendly but in this current condition we would not stay here again.

Stayed here when our car broke down passing through town. The room was damp and smelled musty. There was mold growing on the bed skirt and mold on the wall above the baseboard. There were ants all over the nightstand. Window curtain was dirty. Manager was nice.

Very nice hotel. Cleaning services on rooms was very slow. Some days past 5pm to get towels and trash done. Breakfast is avaiable. Close to services.

Clean, spacious rooms. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Shower was hot with great water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was much nicer than many, including egg, sausage, biscuits and more. Will definitely stay here again.

Have stayed at this hotel once a month for almost a year due to my work and honestly it’s the only one in Bethany I will stay in. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the amenities are kept orderly. In I wanna say either late January or Mid February of this year I stayed and got stuck after a bad ice storm the you g man who was working the desk that morning went above and beyond to help me get out of the parking lot so I could make it to work on time and it was a blessing.

The staff was very kind, our room was clean with comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub was also well maintained. To top off our stay the free breakfast was a full hot breakfast with eggs sausage and waffles as well as the basics cereal juice and coffee. You can tell that this hotels owners take pride in their property. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever driving through.

Large room. Bed was comfortable and had enough pillows. Bathroom was a little small but had smoke counter space. All amenities were there and functional.

Recently renovated, great beds, very clean new bathroom, microwave, mini-fridge, pool, work out center. Couldn't better after a long day on the road. Staff is very friendly and professional.

Nice room, good breakfast. The rooms need better soundproofing, as I heard conversations in the room next to me and heard every footstep above me.

This is very good place for relaxing when you have road trip. There are hot tub, swimming pool, good breakfast and very nice lady at front desk. Nice

There was absolutely nothing wrong with our stay. Quality inn never disappoints and this one didn’t change it. Was discouraged by locals not to stay here but other places around serve meager cold breakfast. This place as usually with Quality Inns was a comfortable bed, swim and breakfast.
