Had a small leak in the vent line. I called and they sent a tech within 45 minutes. I am so impressed with this company.

They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond in my unusual situation. Great communication and everyone I dealt with in all aspects from beginning to end were so very kind. I highly recommend them for any job big or small. I can't thank them enough for all the work they did at my house.

We had Queen City install a new heat & air system back in Feb.

Yesterday I called because of a new noice in the system. They came out the same day I called and had the problem fixed in one hour. Outstanding service!

First, it is hard to find good hvac companies. The original company that put my hvac in did not do it correctly. My hvac motor went out and I didn’t know which company to trust due to the ones who installed my system.
I found QC HVAC through reviews and called them up.
Jared came out the same day (Memorial Day weekend)
They found the issue. Luckily, it was under warranty and they were able to order the part and install it a few days later.
Jared, their HVAC tech was quick, responsive and answered all my questions.
I will be using this company again. They are reliable, honest and fair priced.

They came out one evening after our ac broke and our house was in the 80s. Jared did a phenomenal job! We are so happy he fixed the issue. Our house is nice and cool again. Everyone is happy, including the pets. Can't thank Jared enough for coming out to help us on a late evening. We appreciate you!

I had originally called them because another company never showed up or called back after confirming an setting a appointment. Qween city showed up the same day I called. Very professional and very polite. Ethan came out an did his checks. By the way my ac was freezing up reason, Came to the conclusion it was some valve. He came back the next day to install the part ran the system seemed all good. A few hours later it froze up again. So I contacted them they sent another tech out Jared again he ran his checks an tried something else. Seemed everything was in order. And few hours later it froze up again an again I called. They sent Jared out again.and rechecked everything. It seems to be a mystery and thou we never figured it out completely other than it might be the duct work possibly not supplying enough air. Who knows. But they took the time to keep coming out an trying to make it right. Nevee fully figured it out an decided not to charge me. Since we couldn't figure out this problem. But I definitely appreciate their efforts an time an professionalism through the whole process. Great people, Great company and great values. Not many companies like this left. Thsnks guys. Hope to figure this out soon. I know it's a lengthy post but wanted others to know. And so my appreciation for your efforts. All the way to the nice lady who answered the phone and texted me with the details.

Incredible service! I called to get my unit services to find out it was dead, but Justan was able to work me in quickly to get a new AC unit and Furnace. Prices were very good and he takes good pride in making sure that we were pleased with everything. If you need anything, call Justan!

*EDIT 5/18/23 - My unit was unfortunately not registered at time of installation and it was not warrantied from a manufactured defect that should have been covered from initial installation warranty. I would recommend that you obtain a copy of the Warranty Registration and confirm you get your 10yr warranty. I was forced to purchase a new heat pump to remedy the issue.

The tech was professional and willing to assisted with its any questions. Arrived on time and was able to fined the problem.

What a mistake to call these folks!
Estimate was so unbelievable, they had to email to us! Technician/ mechanic would not even call back and discuss.
Obviously they don’t need any more business!

I'm in the estimate process so I cannot rate the value or quality yet, but Vince was informative and very helpful (he fixed a problem with my water heater). He was
very upfront about everything and gave me the impression that he and Queen City will provide me with an honest quote and excellent service.

Vincent came out to look at the circulation of our A/C in our multi-level home to assess our upstairs temp concerns. He was polite, professional and helped us with a small issue we had that we didn't ask for, he just took care of it. Coming from Georgia every service company charges to just come to your home. This company charged nothing to come out and assess our concerns, plus gave us a solution to our issue and will send our quote the same day. Thank you for your help.

We are so happy with this company that I would give 10 stars if that was an option. This company has gone above and beyond for us more than once. Our tenants have commented about how courteous and professional the technicians are. We will not consider any other company, they have earned our loyalty and trust.

Tech arrived timely and confirmed work to be done. He was professional, answered questions, and explained some areas that needed additional servicing. He went right to work and completed the job timely.

I've had several problems with my old furnace. They have worked with me to repair it several times now. Someone always answers when I call or promptly calls back. I've had Justin out several times and he has always been courteous and informative. He's never tried to pressure me into getting a new system, he just lays out the facts and lets me decide. It's time for a new furnace/ac and I'll be going with Queen City. It's one of those expenses in life that is a hard pill to swallow but it's nice to know a great company will be doing it. Also join their VIP club, it's worth the peace of mind.

The tech was very professional and quick to diagnose the issue and then to get it operating again. I would highly recommend.

I am awaiting an estimate from Cole. He took the time to listen to my needs and desires. I believe he understands I am looking for the best value for my dollar and not just the cheapest price. I am anxiously awaiting his estimate.
