Absolute joke. There is no staff at reception. Only a kiosk like you're ordering at McDonalds. A waiting room full of unhappy people. Don't let your doctor order tests here. Third world countries are better at lab testing.

No appointment needed they say for a simple drug test for a job. Only to have me waiting for over 90 minutes! Need to do better!

This is a great place if you want to be blasted with right wing conspiracy theories at 7am, fasted, while someone draws your blood. Really fun and safe (not). But seriously, this happened not just once but twice, the blasting was done by two middle-aged, blond "Karen" Quest employees. Really, do you not have a policy that your employees not talk politics? I just want to have my blood drawn.

The people that helped me there were awesome, but they were also running around like crazy. I asked them if it was always like this and they said it has been for the last few years. If you push healthcare workers too hard, somebody is going to mess up. That's scary. Stop being so greedy Quest and hire more employees

If you intend to show up after they open because a potential employer sent you here with no info, plan to have your time WASTED because you'll have to still schedule an appointment at the tablet just to drive all the way back here later. Get it together, the pandy is over.
