St. Louis. Mercy: Slow. Technician had to replace-enter my ID and Ins information for each doctor, again. That all used to be in the Mercy system. Can’t see lab results for non-Mercy doctors. Technician distracted by colleague coming in and out.

Quest Diagnostics billing practices are horrible. They sent us a huge bill 3 months after performing lab tests ordered by the doctor. Their bill says they went through our insurance, but looking at the bill it is evident they have not or have sent it to the wrong insurance places. In addition they have listed at least one test for over $500 that is not even recognizable as far as being done or requested by the doctor. Yet they have sent us a bill demanding payment upon receipt twice for the same thing in a period of 3 weeks. Now despite our health situations, we are having to fight to keep this corporation from continuing to bother us with this bill and even after the hospital billing dept sent them the correct billing information for us 3 weeks ago. It is apparent they have ignored this information and wish to continue to try to collect their bill from us rather than through proper insurance channels. This is not good and patient concerned practices on seniors who have always taken pride in paying legitimate bills in a timely manner. Even a one star is too high of a rating.

It has been 10 days since I was tested for Covid-19. No results yet. Absolutely ridiculous.
