Quest Diagnostics Washington

I had an appointment scheduled for 8: 10am and when I arrived no one was on site. I never received any notice that the office wouldn’t be open. Customer service was no help and I missed 2 hours of work to get blood drawn and will now have to repeat the process. Frustrating and I will not be returning to Quest at this location ever again.

Sitting here in the parking lot because facility didn’t open for an appointment I have today. Was suppose to open over an hour ago.

Check in que dropped me from scheduled appt, only 1 tech on site and she's on phone. She called a walk in but he couldn't hear since tv volume is loud and she's behind plexiglas.just dumb

Very rude workers. Request mask and cannot provide any. Workers are not even wearing a mask in the back.

My husband was there for blood work. He checked in. They called a woman who was already there in for her appointment. He waited, his name went up on the board and said 5 minutes. Another woman came in and was taken right in. His name was dropped from the board and they never called him in. He left. We will never use this location again. We had problems before but thought we would give them another try. Not again!

I have been trying to verify the local facility has orders for my grandson's blood work. There are no options for reaching a person to verify the orders are there prior to making an appointment or showing up and sitting indefinitely.

I called to schedule an appointment, not to spend 5 minutes fumbling with your overly arduous automated system.

Worst Quest Diagnostics site I've ever been to. Only 1 employee scheduled while I was there, freezing cold, and no internet available while I waited for my appointment.

I made an appointment to get blood drawn and was taken back within just a couple minutes of arriving. The phlebotomist was incredibly friendly and talked to me while she drew the blood as a distraction which was nice. She explained everything well and did an excellent job drawing my blood. The results were in my doctor's hands in a week. Overall great experience and I recommend using them.

I am rating this as a one star simply because that is the lowest I can rate. The woman working the front desk was extremely rude, and informed me that I didn’t have a test waiting. Evidently their systems does not show an requests from other locations. Not a big deal, so I called my doctors office to have them fax my labs, in 20 minutes time I’m still waiting. So I asked her if she had received a fax, to her reply with a mouth full of food, that they close in 15 minutes and she had not had a fax. After that I just walked out.

My husband went in for bloodwork, and I was waiting for him in the car. After 20 mins, he was taken back for blood draw and him not coming out I went in there. As I walked in he did come out of the back room rolling his eyes. He said, she didn't know how to get my order straightened up in the computer.

The quickest I've ever been in-and-out of a doctor's office. Never felt a thing!

I love this Quest location! Sheila and Anita are great! In and out within minutes every week for 6 months in 2015 and every week for 6 months in 2019. One stick. I will always go to Washington for my blood work. These gals are the best!
