Friendly enough staff, but when someone comes up ready to make a big money order without an ATM that'll take their card or the possibility of getting cash-back, it helps to alert people that there is a fee.

Its a nice well lite place to buy gas and snacks they have a great convenance store staff is great gas prices were 5 cents cheaper than other places

Dirty, often have to wait in a long line to checkout, and parking lot is congested and dangerous to navigate

The cashier was rude and argumentative when clarifying when I was being helped. Customer service is dead

I've been coming here for years before work, Brian is almost as hard of a worker as me ;), hes always running around like a madman busy, everyone else is probally moving fast to try to compete.

I see alot of customers wearing mask but not one employee. Only the employee thats handling the food if you catch the right employee in the kitchen on that day. In a pandemic but no sanitizer no where Great QT not taking it seriously and when your employees get sick and u still have to come out that 10-14 day pay for them to quarantine maybe then u think this thru and thru

This girl who working today at QT kitchen she is so nice! 12/18/2020 2: 30 p.m but stars only for her, stuff should wear the mask. I working in office and we are 8 hours in mask.

Always a pleasent experience. Great food, especially the taquitos, and the service is always great. Gas is usually low priced and I dont think ive had one bad experience from there.

Staff are NOT wearing masks and NOT behind plexiglass as recommended by health dept and CDC. Obviously management doesn't care about customers enough to enforce common sense

The parking lot is always a circus. No hand sanitizer at the pumps or inside. Employees not wearing masks. Sign on the door that says "Masks recommended" (not required) but then no employees are wearing masks. Not even the person in the kitchen area who is handling food. But he's wearing a hairnet. You can enforce a hairnet but not a mask? What a joke. Clearly you don't "recommend" masks if none of your staff is wearing them. For such a high-contact business, you'd think common sense would be a factor, but I suppose not. Interesting to see customers wearing masks but employees not. I've avoided going to QT during the pandemic because they aren't taking it seriously.

They have a bad habit of pressing the wrong pump number. Even after repeating the pump number back to you when you’re initially paying for gas, they’ll still get it wrong. This has happened 3 times in a row now with different employees. Makes me question things.

Cash in my hand cashier hands me my lottery tickets and hides my cigarettes behind counter until i pay. I thought he forgot to get them out, he says he'll give them when I pay. I HAVE CASH IN MY HAND, IM NOT GOING TO GRAB AND RUN. I am not a punk kid, treat adults with respect.

Looked like dog food. Soggy, next to no ingredients. Missing the barbeque sauce, couldn't find the bacon either. Wasted right $6. Thanks y'all

Everyone is friendly, but out of three employees seen on staff, not one was wearing a mask - Not even around their neck. I won't be coming back because of that.

The staff is always friendly and fast. However it's a pandemic and you don't have any hand sanitizer available for people to sanitize their hands after touching the pumps and door handle.

Every other gas station I go to has a little hand sanitizer station, where is QT's?

I wish you would clean the tea pots every night because the tea tastes gross otherwise. I dont like to wine about it but I have lately been getting stale tasting tea. I love quicktrip but if this continues I might have to stop going there.
