Quinn's Laundry, Kansas City MO

Employees I’ve encountered here are nice and helpful, the owner as well. It’s clean and the washers work well, the dryers are just ok. Prices are on the high side, but it’s a convenient location and the customer service could make the higher cost worth it for a lot of people.

The kindest people…they see a need and are so good to help with what they can. During covid they were so helpful.

I really liked this laundromat. The manager was great! Our washer and dryer were on the mend. Therefore, we had to make other accommodations. They offered to wash, dry, and fold our clothes for a reasonable price. I was astonished! We paid her to do it and left a nice tip. If necessary, I will return.

I’ve used the laundry services often. Very accommodating and my laundry always smells clean. Helen is the only name I know but everyone here is always so nice.

I'm fortunate that I don't regularly need a laundromat. But when our washing machine broke, I was grateful this was right around the corner. I read the reviews before going but I'm glad I made my own opinion. It was a clean facility with friendly faces. The manager was nice and even gave me a refund when my dryer didn't work so I could use another. They have a several washers and dryers, a change machine, vending machines, a tv, cups for quarters, and even help with local donations. Only giving 4/5 stars because washing machines were expensive to use for a small load.

Nice clean place. Washers were very well maintained. The young man who helped us was exceptionally helpful greeted me at the door with a cart and offered to help me to get my clothes I. Told me the best machine for the load I had. Will be going back!

The only time I go to Quinn's is because of Shelly. She is the nicest person on the planet and deserves some props ️

The lady working there was rude and all in my business about my laundry, we left without using.

The guy at the cash register was rude and seemed annoyed at first…as it was my first time here. But was a bit nicer towards the end. To each it’s own ‍️

$4 to wash a load, $2 min.to dry. When covid started I didn't mind the masks but at this day and age it is ridiculous. There is no running water in the sink in the bathroom, no hand soap, no paper towels and no hand sanitizer how hypocritical is that? The big guy working this morning is very rude. I will not go there again.

I went there to wash a load of clothes the work there was rude and racist. When I told she didn’t have to be rude over a mask she start talking about to a older couple in the facility.

Attended was annoying sold me 3/4 cup laundry soap for 75 cents would not let me buy any more.its dirty dryers are 2.00 for 30 min and most of the washers and dryers where out of order.dirty raggedy chairs and no folding space.will never go back I have never been told how much soap I can put on my clothes so a 3/4 cup for a $11.00 washer which holds 3 to 4 loads of clothes was ridiculous

Good dryers. Cool guy cares about assisting you and the business. They offer a small pantry of food for needy folks. So kind

I could no longer put off my long overdue trip to the laundromat (due to COVID19 concerns).
Imagine my exuberant surprise that Quinn's not only required properly worn (full nose/mouth covering) masks, but proof of vaccination as well! I happily produced my vaccination card and settled in for a non fear-based experince, the 1st real one since the pandemic began.
THANK YOU to Quinn's for being SMART & SAFE & not bowing to ignorance or politics! Their friendly staff was helpful & amazing! Highly recommend!

Appreciate and approve of masks and proof of COVID-19 vaccination due to size of facility. Helpful staff. The rating of four stores was for cost. It's been several years since been to laundromat and experienced a bit of "sticker shock. " The more efficient and newer washers take up a bit more of space. Felt very crowded and little room to maneuver with four other customers and 2 staff in facility on a Saturday

Horrible! These people are SO RUDE! I will NEVER come back and I will tell everyone I can the same! If I could give a ZERO star I would!
