The guy who arrived on time and had a great attitude was very helpful and explained everything he was doing. Cleaned up after the back flow test. He even went out of his way to find the sprinkler head the was pushed into the ground.

Repaired sprinkler line and reset sprinkler heads for complete coverage of yard. Excellent service and very good communication with service appointment times. Will definitely use them in the future.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase a sprinkler maintenance package from this company. I pre paid $ 250 for the "silver" package and had it done on 3/24/21. The next day I noticed a puddle on my basement floor below the backflow preventer and called them to come fix it. Now I am being told that they can fix it, but I am on the hook for $ 92.00 parts plus another service call bringing the estimated total up to a minimum of $ 150.00. Before they came - no leak. After they came - there was a leak. So, had I never called them I would not have to pay a minimum of
$ 400.00 for my backflow preventer to leak. The service guy suggested I call the main office because there was nothing he could do. I could only get voice mail when I called the main office. If I'm wrong and they call me back and provide me with a more customer focused option, then I will
re-post a review but that does not seem very likely at this point.
