I went to exchange a shirt for my son. The sales associate, Sam, was very helpful. She went to the back to the storeroom to bring out a larger size. The transaction went very smoothly. I sure appreciated Sam's friendliness and helpfulness. I'm happy to report the shirt fit and my son's happy with the shirt! Thank you.

They have a great selection and some really good feeling brands of tshirts and sweatshirts.

I was greeted by the person standing at the door. I informed him I was looking for a particular hat, he pointed me to the wall where the hats were and there was absolutely no interaction from anyone after that. I circled the section a few times and then left without purchasing.

The gentlemen were very nice and great personalities, very helpful in finding what I needed. I love the store.

Nice store, tons of merchandise to choose from. Prices a little high. But they have something for every budget.

I purchased a light sweatshirt from a different location. I noticed it had a bad seam on one side and returned it to the mid rivers location. Unfortunately they did not have the size I needed in store so I proceeded to order online. Received my online order today and it was the EXACT item I returned for being messed up. Absolute trash service. There should have been NO WAY this item was resold to anyone let alone back to the person that returned it in the first place. Avoid shopping with Rally house! And corporate should really start training their employees on how to properly return damaged items to keep them out of inventory.

Love shopping at Rally house! They always have exactly what I’m looking for, whether it’s a gift or just for fan wear. Prices are great too.

Well I bought two items and only one shipped to me. I am still awaited the other shirt but have had no communication since.
