Rally's, St. Louis MO

Ok so first off i don't receive my milkshake that I ordered and then i am told that I cant receive a refund nor come to get the milkshake that I paid for

If you are a rewards member, do not order through app and go through the line that is supposed to be faster because you ordered ahead of time. Then they already have your money and you have to wait. Waiting one hour while regular drive through has emptied 4 times. Still waiting.

The lady working the register was so sweet. Me and my husband were greated with nothing but kindness and smiles. Thank you for making our day.

It's been @ 10 years since I was near a Rally's while hungry. Burger and fries were both delicious. The garlic and butter burger was lacking in garlic, but I have a pretty high tolerance to garlic.

On December 13th 2021 I ordered food there my French fries where lukewarm and my cheeseburger was ice cold. Then when I got done drinking my ice tea and was getting ready to rinse out my cup there was a bug in it. Totally gross don't eat there and the windows on top of that are filthy dirty

I've been Eating at Rallys since they opened across the street from Checkers, in St. Louis County. I have never had a reason to complain about the food, but what I got today is pitiful. I'll be ordering from a different Rallys from now on.

Customer service is hit or miss. They act like we're doing them a disservice to ask for things, but has been there for a while. Great food. Fries are always hot

I love the Natural Bridge location over all the locations in St. Louis. They get your order right and get you in and out in a courteous manner. If I've ever been there during shift change I didn't notice unlike other locations.

Drive thru poorly lit! You have to turn a tight corner to get to the window.there is a huge wall and no curb as you turn the corner you can't even see until it's too late. The wall is painted black, instead of yellow to alert you like any other restaurant chain would do. Workers all have a huge attitude as well.

Bottom line is this is the saddest excuse for a Rally's I've ever been to. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

Staff was rude & the food I ordered was subpar. Not appetizing, sandwich fell apart with too much catsup, mustard or other condiments. The location is okay. Took forever to answer the drive thru speaker and get my order. The ice cream and Tropical Slush machine's were not functioning or I would have ordered and spent more. French fries tasted like cake.what's that all about? Just not a place I would return to for another bad experience. Should have gone to White Castle's. Very disappointed.

It's Rally's and it's really good. You're going to wait awhile for your food later at night. But, it's gonna be worth it.

The employees here are always very polite and efficient.
The food is always fresh and my order is always correct!
This is the best Rallys in my opinion!

They consistently prioritize the regular drive through over mobile ordering, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time (to skip the line). Ive just say here as 12 cars went through the drive through before the got to my order, despite me being here before the last few even arrived.

They take Forever to get your order to you. Walk up window or drive thru, I actually was 30 mins late delivering my Door dash order!

Rally’s/Checkers food has always been good. I like it. First time at this one and it was good. Staff was nice and I didn’t have to wait long for it. It gets two stars because when I opened my drink there was a dead nat/fly in the cup. Like cmon man.

30 minutes to wait for food is unacceptable. I know a lot of places are short people, but I worked fast food with 3 people, and I don't recall a customer waiting that long!

What a joke, I know 20 - 15 minutes before close is not always the smartest decision to make.however, if you're open until 2 A. M.then you should be open until 2 A. M. Now when I walked up to the window, and it clearly had a sign that said open until 2: 00 A. M.and you run your finger across your neck and yell through the window we closed (I had the munchies, you know what I mean!) I watched two cars order as I walked away and yes, I was able to watch the young lady ring up there order. Just because I an different, should I be treated, differently? Anyway I'm done with my rant, still love me some rally fries.

The cashier was pleasant and great customer service. However, the fries and chicken were too salty. The sundae was too soft.

Fast food businesses are getting worst by the day it's 5: 30 and the drive thru line out in the street line not moving 7 to 10 minutes per car for a hamburger meal

Both night shift workers are amazing especially Dekiya. Everytime I come through the drive through and she is working I know I won't be waiting long for my food. It always comes out great. Dekiya deserves a raise or bonus for the excellent customer service she provides at such a late time.
