Rally's, St Charles MO

Absolutely ridiculous this order was definitely not a oversight! I ordered with nothing but ketchup and Mayo. They purposely under the melted cheese and ontop of the burger did a large glob of mustard. Very unprofessional 1/11/2021 at 6-6: 30pm This is why I will not return to this location

They are very slow and everytime me and my girlfiend come here we are waiting 40 minutes or longer to get our order and they just look at us and give other people their orders. This rally’s is not good at all.

I was doing Doordash in St. Charles, got an order from this place. Well, the staff was rude, kept me waiting for 20+ minutes, served literally everybody else before me. They ruined my hour and they enjoyed it. I won't come here anymore.

Best fast food service I've received in a very long time. The lady working on 11-11-21 at 4: 30 (we didn't get her name) was awesome. Very pleasant and patient and didnt seam to be bothered that we chose to eat there like alot of places. She even had a smile while running food out to another customer in the rain. Oh, and the food was perfect! I'm from Florissant and will drive out here every time I decide to get rallys.

Very friendly and nice employee's service was good and fast.didn't get her name but the night manager was very nice and helpful.

Usually love Rally's. Last night (December 15,2021) We got the garlic bacon burger, double and a chicken sandwich. I stood over the sink for 45 minutes trying not to throw up that night after eating the garlic bacon.

The double was cold as if it wasn't defrosted all the way.

The fried taste amazing.the gas they will give you-also amazing. Great for being out with the guys, probably not a great choice if you're with your wife.

Pretty great food and has a solid setup for online orders as well. Lines move quick and food is hot and tasty. The staff here are unusually friendly as well! Doordash also delivers here for mobile ordering, and your dashers can pickup and deliver to you quicker from this location thanks to its intelligent setup!

Stood at the window for 15+ minutes without even being greeted. I realize that this location has trouble keeping it staffed, HOWEVER, it only takes a second to pop the window and say", Hello! I will be with you in just a sec"
I can wait a pretty long time so long as I'm greeted/acknowledged.

The worst rally's I've ever been to and by far the worst fast-food joint in st-charles. More likely to give you food poisoning then you're right order.

How can you not love the Big Buford? And one great thing about Rally's, is that everything they serve is BIG. So not driving off hungry if you stop here, that's for sure.

Food was decent but i didn’t like how i was told if i wanted to add something else small to my order i would have to get to the back of the line that i already waited in for 20 plus minutes in. Lady at the window said the manager wouldn’t allow me to add anything.

Food was good and fries were nice and hot i appreciate the consistency they have in the food and the service all the way to they close

Service was fast but food was awful. Buns were stale and the burger just had a funny taste. Ordered milkshakes and one of them was melted

The line here wasn't too bad as I pulled into the lot. Some 20 mins minutes later only I only moved 2 spots. Even the app pick up customer waited 10 mins and they ordered ahead.

I just left. Hadn't ate there in years wanted to try it again. Guess it will have to wait.

They can be great or backed up and the wait is crazy. It's worth it though. They hardly ever get anything wrong and if they do they fix it.

Alright, I'm adding a star because they really are awesome. I don't believe anyone can do anything perfect 100% of the time, and that's just the human element (Keep that please). I know I've messed up things myself with customers but I'm always willing to own my mistake and make it right. So Good Job Rally's! Thanks for the reply too.
