American Restaurant Rally's reviews
15Excellent Service. Wonderful attitude of the staff. Very helpful, friendly, and courteous. They went above and beyond to see that everything was perfect for me. Not an easy thing to do since I had a few picky eaters with me this time, making 2 of the 4 meals completely and totally different from the normal menu items. But they had no problem with it and they were happy to help, and with a smile no less.
I had never been to a Rally's/Checkers and wanted to try it. They were out of a lot of the items on the menu and unfortunately had a few mistakes on the food we did order. The staff was friendly, but the food was no better then any other fast food burger joint.
I really like their fish sandwiches, the All American cheeseburgers, and a chocolate milkshake to top 'em off! The employees have always been nice and reasonable here at this location. My only complaint (and I can accept it) is having to wait a little longer sometimes when the drive through is busy. Also, hey Rally's management, could you pleeeease get chocolate ice cream cones/sundaes on the menu!? The ice cream cones/ cups are tasty.
This is the best Rally's ever. Seriously they do a fantastic job. Every. Damn. Time. Keep it up yall. Hands down best Rallys for years now too!
The young lady taking the orders was very friendly and sweet. I ordered a 2 for $6.50 deal and it was completely incorrect. When I went home to eat, I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and one with no tomatoes. For some reason I have received 2 very small children's burgers and they had no cheese or tomato. I had to drive all the way back To have the order remade, but the woman at the window gave no issues to replacing the sandwiches. The food honestly was not very tasty at all but it was fresh.
I love Rally's normally. I was happy to get coupons but when I got there I was told no coupons at this time out coupon machine is broken. Coupon machine? REALLY?
Here's another franchise chain not accepting corporate coupons. On top of that the burgers were rubbery and the chicken bites were hard as a rock and the fries were cold. All this after waiting 15inutes for one car in front of me to even get to order and then I was made to wait 10 more minutes to place my order. For some people eating out even at a burger joint is a big deal like us. What a disappointment. I can't even imagine how much that behavior cost the owners.pick a different resturant
Took a doordash order an hour before closing, waited until closing. Took the money and didn't deliver, I'd have been cool had they at least refunded.
Everyone had an attitude and they was rushing me to make my order.which they got wrong many times.they where out of everything they let me order. I was not satisfied with coming to Rally's at all. I wish I could give them a zero for there service. Well not be going there anymore.
My son was involved in a car accident in front of Rally's and they brought him food/drink while waiting for police/help.they were so caring asking if he was ok.as a Mom I truly appreciate their thoughtfulness.they should be acknowledged for their service thank you
Well we had to wait ten minutes for the other crew to arrive to order them they were out of just about everything we tried to order staff was friendly but very disappointed
It's Rally's for God sake. Decent fast-food but it's still fast-food. I get the chicken sandwich and curly fries. The Chili tastes like prison food just so u kno, so dont say i didnt warn u.
5/20- Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed my food but service was bad. I was getting rushed while my order was being taken. Also, they were out majority of the condiments I wanted so had to stop by Lees Chicken to grab some.
Wouldn’t recommend doing takeout or delivery from this location. It often takes 3x the time than other nearby restaurants and drivers have called to let me know no one will answer them.
Came through the drive thru again and I thought this place couldn't get any worse. I WAS WRONG! Not only did they NOT have any ketchup or napkins and after getting no receipt I just started to pull away from the window only to find out that my drink contained NO ICE whatsoever. Called the Rallys customer service number and submitted my complaint to a barely - understandable rep. I don't have any confidence in receiving any positive responses to my recent complaints anytime soon if at all.
Don’t bother ordering ahead for pickup, they take FOREVER, neglect the pickup lane, and the food will NOT be prepared ahead of time.
I ordered just fries and a shake, super quick and easy to get ready, and thought it’d be a fast pickup as it gave me an estimated pickup time of 5 minutes later. I wait 5 minutes then drive over, a couple minutes away. Someone gets in the pickup lane ahead of me, and we wait nearly TEN minutes just sitting there before someone finally came to the window for the guy in front of me. Then they disappear for another few minutes before coming out with his order and he drives off. I finally get up to the window, already been waiting in line almost 15 minutes, and I watch the person inside taking order after order after order from the people in the drive thru, ignoring me for several minutes as I’m just trying to pickup my order I placed ahead of time—I was honestly ready to get out of my car and get angry. Another employee finally appears and asks for the name on the pickup order, I say my name, I see her look around at order tickets, find mine, and start preparing the fries and shake, clearly not made ahead of time.
The whole point of ordering ahead is the expectation that the food will be ready or close to ready by the time you get there, so it’s a quick visit. Instead it was an overall 20 minute wait, my food wasn’t made until after I told them my order, and it 100% would have been faster if I just showed up and went through the drive thru because they clearly seem to have an issue with neglecting the pickup lane. Not going to bother with this place again.
