17Food was good but, it can take some time in the drive thru so don't be in a hurry but it should be hot!
11: 30 am tried to place an order. No one repeated it. Turned out no one was there at all. Quite pathetic.
The absolute WORST customer service ever. It’s always something wrong like card only, cash only or they don’t have a key to operate the drinks & that all is fine but it can be communicated professionally instead of with a nasty attitude. I get that we’re human and all have bad days but if it hinders you from doing your job, then take the day off and regroup! Wouldn’t spend my last penny here! Go on St. Charles Rock Road, you’ll be treated better!
I didn’t get any food. When I got to the drive-through, they started the order and then disappeared. So I drove up to the window after waiting for 10 minutes and no one ever appeared in the drive-through. A car pulled up behind me, and the same thing happen. This is not acceptable, hire a reliable people. Checkers and SONIC would never. I knew I should’ve went to the SONIC next door. Very dissatisfied.
Update 3: food and employees are a lot better.
Update 2: Another rude employee asked me to come make the food at the drive thru speaker box when I said 'hello'.
1 star. Will not return. Screw this place
ONE BAD EMPLOYEE will cost you 3 stars. I left the drive-thru livid because of the attitude of the horrible person that served my food. Don't work if you don't want to work. Oh, and DONT REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY RECIEPT. After coming here so often and always having good experiences, I was so taken aback by the way I was treated today. I'm also a Local. I hope things improve, I will return still
All good experiences from here! The lady at the window is always so nice and upbeat! A+ service! And the food is always delicious. 1 Buford 1 fry and 1 drink.perfect!
Rally's, is always my favorite place to get a good burger, at a good price! I have never seen a Rally's commercial and I hope that I never do. If you have a good product, that should be all the advertising you need! Great job! Thank you!

I was there at 10: 00 on Sunday morning. Went to the drive-through. She took my order. I went to the window, she shook her head, so I waited. Several minutes later, she came to the window and told me they weren't open. I pointed to the hours sign on the window, saying it was after 10: 00. She said she was the only one there, and they weren't open yet. I asked when they would open? She said she didn't know maybe an hour more. I left.
They need to shut down this location. Every time I've come here there has been nothing but problems. Employees are so high they can't take your order. They refused to take my order today due to not having enough product.
The food is always cold I got the $5 deal and the burger was old and cold the fries were old and hard cold they gave me chicken bites instead of nuggets and they were old and cold. I don't know what you have to do to get hot fresh food
The worst service I ever received from any rally's food matches the service. My chili dogs were cold and disgusting.
Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes. Nobody ever came over the speaker. Pulled up to the window and the worker was talking on the phone walking around and rolled her eyes at me and mumbled something under her breathe. I just drove off. Will be contacting the owner
They were short staffed, took a bit to get my food, and I respect the staff for making it happen
This place is a freaking joke! Spend a whole lot of money! Wait in line for over 30 minutes and nothing is fresh! And very bad customer service! I'm so furious!
The lady at the drive through was very rude, the whole transaction made me just want to leave. When I finally did get my food, after a fifteen minute wait with no other cars, it all tastes so very not good. The burger and fries were okay I guess, but the chili dogs were so bad we took a bite and threw out the rest.
How long are we supposed to be ignored, before we are spoken to. Came to the pickup window and waved, cashier notices me and shakes her head yes, I wave, like ok, and she shakes her head with eyebrows like she's angry. I wait until her customer pays and leaves and she went to next customer still ignoring me. A simple "give us a minute" would be nice. But, no. Ok, bye, there's another place right up the street
Delicious food, but have had some issues with rude staff. I understand being frustrated with under staffing, but don't take it out on your customers.
Burgers are good and the staff have always been friendly and courteous! This location has two drive thru lanes but one is used for online orders only. Been there a couple of times and haven't seen anyone use it. The other lane is usually very busy during peak times as a result.
