This is always a great place to go.service is terrific, food is wonderful (I always get the white cheese dip and tacos [both soft or crispy shells]), love their hot sauce. Best margaritas ever. YUM!
It's popular, so there might be a wait but it's never long.and worth it!

Great food great service my only complaint is the salsa could be better other than that great place to eat

The green pepper burrito recommended by the waiter (supposedly "fajita" if it hadn't been 85% veggies) wasn't worth $16, but the waiter insisted it was. When I asked for the manager, he came over with attitude and also argued with me. Then he whined that I "disrespected" him, presumably because I was unhappy and dissatisfied. ZERO tip and never going back. Customer service doesn't exist here, only some gen Z punks.

Eat here frequently, mostly for the 1/2 price apps on Saturdays at lunch (mostly nachos, quesadilla, and cheese dips). Fresh, freshly prepared, and consistently high quality, corn only (gf) tortilla chips and a good mild sauce, ask for the hot version! Rancho dip is white, queso dip is yellow, you are sure to love at least one of them!

No sense of urgency by any staff to seat us.everyone just walked by us (party of 4). I finally asked if we should seat ourselves and the bartender responded.not at all busy.lots of young kids standing around.but food was great.

Always strong drinks and good food at Rancho! Get the Grande dip add chicken beef of both. Thank me later.

Racist staff and customers i was terminated because of a white woman harassing me so i said something to her and i was the one fired, food is good staff is horrible

In order to properly evaluate this establishment our family sampled the cuisine on 3 different occasions. We determined this place is so amazing and delicious, and in the rotation of places, we invite friends for supper. Three different evenings we visited Ranch Grande Cantina with the time varying between 4-7. The earlier times were, of course, less busy, but the servers did a wonderful job ensuring the: drinks, chips, and dip remained filled, despite how busy or slow the evening was. Even when the evening started getting busy, they did not hurry us off or act rude when the children were the very last to finish eating well after the adults completed.

We will have to recommend multiple items: fish tacos (puffy, soft or crunchy), chicken enchiladas, cheesy nacho dip for the chips (always get a large for more than 2 people the small won't last long), tamales and of course churros. We will certainly be going back again and look forward to the visit.

We did visit again in July 2023, and the kids have also now added creamy mac and cheese as well as the chicken fingers and fries to the list of things we recommend. Still great service and happy to give this establishment our business.

Ate here the other night for the first time in a while and I forgot how great the food tastes. We were immediately seated with no wait. I had #2 combo (I think) which is a taco, an enchilada, and a tamale. My wife had a burrito. All of the food was delicious. Chips and salsa are provided with your meal. Overall the restaurant was relatively clean and the service was attentive and kept our drinks full.

My girlfriend loves pork tacos. She took a bite and spit it out. No seasoning. It literally tasted like boiled pork, the hot salsa was great however. It's the only thing that made it edible. Maybe it was just a bad night. They seem to be a favorite local spot but I can not recommend this place

Glorified taco bell huh. At least taco bell seasons their meat. Not really taco meat if not seasoned.

Been frequenting Rancho Grande for 20 years, hands down the best margaritas in the city - half frozen half rocks pitchers are the way to go. Food is consistently good, never had a bad meal, but some offerings are better than others. Rancho dip is always a hit. It can be busy, but worth the wait, and the margaritas make it easier.

I had high hopes for this place. Lots of great reviews. I wish it was as good as I expected.

First, parking is limited there with the other businesses in that little strip. Be aware.of that.

I ordered a chicken fajitas burrito with a side of beans. It was horrible. The vegetables were burnt and the chicken was so tough I couldn't chew it. There was a pool of grease on my plate from the burrito. The beans were cold and had no flavor at all.

My daughter ordered a chicken quesadilla. After 2 bites, she said she was done because it tasted funny. My husband and I both took a bite and it tasted awful. The chicken was tough and the cheese had an odd flavor, not to mention that each piece dripped of grease.

We would have complained, but the restaurant was packed and our server was already stretched very thin. We couldn't even get her attention for the bill for 25 minutes. So, we just paid and chalked it up to a poor choice.

Maybe they were having a bad night. Many other people seem to like the food there.

This is more of a special shout out to the bartender and server Beth. She took such good care of me each time that I have been there. The first time I crossed paths with Miss Beth, I was at the bar with the intent of having food and drinks. When she went to grab our food, I was called with a family emergency and had to leave quickly. When she brought our food to the table, I apologized for her troubles, told her that i had an emergency and that I had to leave. Without a flinch, she quickly packed up our food and drinks to go, and quickly got us our ticket. As I was leaving she told me that she hoped that everything was okay. That really meant a lot. The next time I went back she remembered me. Said hello and that she hoped that everything worked out. That is customer service on another level. I will continue to go back!

There is nothing Mexican about this restaurant other than the Tequila and 2 cooks in the back. Service was good. But honestly having to listen to Fleetwood Mac music playing and watching NCAA Lacrosse on tv creates a clear environment that we are at a glorified Taco Bell sports bar. It has a clear customer base it wishes to keep coming.

Food was so good and reasonably priced, Got a really good waitress Tiffany. We will have to make this our Tuesday night out for Taco Tuesday.

If your wanting to Satisfy your Mexican cravings, Don't want to drive far in Parkville and go out to eat Affordably, then Rancho Grande Cantina is the answer!

Was looking for a Mexican place that simply served chips and salsa as an appetizer. This place was soooo much more! From great customer service to the best tasting ground beef burrito I've ever had! Highly recommend and most definitely will be back!
