Service department tried valently to diagnose problem to no avail. Everything checked out fine, multiple times. With no discovery of problem, they didn’t charge me for their time. More than fair. Will definitely recommend them to others and continue to have them service my Silverado.

I'd rate this place zero stars. They sold us a lemon for 27000. Been in the shop 14 times, new transmission and more now. Sitting at dealership again after my son and girlfriend were almost killed when car just stopped with semi behind them. Don't buy from here.

The dealership searched for the vehicle I was looking for and found it within the same day. It was delivered to the dealership, processed and ready for purchase pickup within 7 days! Communication during the 7 days was fantastic. Customer service at the dealership was outstanding!
Rodney was my initial contact, who put things into motion quickly! He connected me to Kalib. Kalib had the vehicle ready and waiting up front on purchase day. His attention to detail makes it clear that he puts in a lot of work behind the scenes to make that purchase day moment flawless.

This dealership is shady at best. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in August. Turns out I didn't like the vehicle as much as I thought so I started a search. I found a vehicle with Randy so I emailed on the vehicle. The rep acknowledged me as a returning customer multiple times and even said he would get me a better trade offer because I was a repeat customer. The offer came in $13k below what I paid for the car just over a month ago. I vocalized my displeasure and got a return call from what Randy calls a "Manager". During the conversation he coitized the value I was asking. Once I explained to him I was a returning customer he said "that wasn't with the Cameron dealership, that was purchased in Kansas". I'm fully aware I would lose cash, but $13k after 33 days? Its funny how I'm a returning customer when its favorable to them, but when its not my business meant nothing.

I had a great experience purchasing (vehicle order) my new ’23 Canyon from Randy Curnow. Garret did an amazing job getting me into the vehicle I was seeking while maintaining fantastic communication throughout the whole process. Garret didn’t skip a beat the whole time. They were also not pushy at all, didn’t force service packages, nor price hikes. What a relief from “big city” dealers! I’d highly recommend Randy Curnow and especially working with Garret.

Renee is outstanding and guided me through the entire out of state process so it was ready to go out the door in less than 30 minutes. The finance guy lied about early pay off penalties to attempt to keep their kick back from the bank. He also sent my loan out to 4 places after being asked not to creating 4 hard inquiries on my credit report. No interest in doing business with liars

I purchased a 2018 camaro zl1 in white from this dealership at the beginning of November 2022. It took them a month to ship the car. When I received the car I was able to drive it for all of 7 days before the temp tag expired. They also lost the title in the mail (they will state that the postal service lost it, where it should have been sent through ups or FedEx with a signature required, yet the responsibility is 100% theirs to ensure that I receive the proper paperwork for me to be able to take to the dmv and register the car. They failed to do so. I have finally gotten what SEEMS, is ALL of the proper paperwork to register the car after 6 months of purchasing the car. This means I have been making all but one of my car payments for a car that I cannot drive due to this dealers extreme negligence. They over promise and under deliver.

I broke down just outside of Cameron on my way home to Ontario Canada. Anthony went above and beyond to make me feel like I was a part of the community. The mechanic had me up and running in just a few hours.can not say enough about Anthony and the staff at Randy Curnow.

The service department took good care of me. Shot me straight on everything wrong with my car. And gave me a fair price!

On a road trip with our kids and granddaughter our Buick broke down near the dealership, they got us in immediately, diagnosed the repairs and got us back on the road in a few hours, and they even worked with our warranty to keep the cost down, simply amazing!

A classic example of how not to do business. Stay away down this place and the GM Adam, here. They will belittle you out the door

My sales person was great! She was very knowledgeable and professional. I was a bit pressed for time and she made the buying process fast and easy.

Lindsay was great! She listened to me on what I wanted, and what I felt I could afford. She was even patient when I test drove the car I thought I wanted and then changed my mind. She was easy to talk to and friendly and I will definitely send people to her.

Michael did an amazing job! He found us a vehicle and also was very good with our 3 children! He made sure it was what we loved and made sure that our payments weren't more then we could handle! He took very good care of us and we will be back!
