Their hookah prices are a bit high though

Ordered via Doordash and it was great! Got the chicken schwarma and Arabic garlic bread. Their garlic sauce is addictive and absolutely to die for, I'd go back just for the sauce (but luckily I have many reasons to go back). The chicken schwarma comes with a salad and thin bread thing, the portion is very large and adequately priced for what you get. Order was prepared quickly for delivery and arrived high-quality and hot. I've been for dine-in (ordered the same food) and it was just as good quality via delivery. Will definitely order again

Ranoush’s fresh Middle Eastern cuisine always impresses me. My friends and I split the mixed grill platter or traditional/vegetarian mezzas so we can sample as many different foods as possible. Staff tends regularly to hookah coals as well. They never rush you to order or leave quickly, as this place is ideal for catching up and conversation.

My friend suggested this place. It was my first time going. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. I enjoyed the music. Even though there were two women who seemed to think that I was just focused on them and they were very rude but me being the mature adult I kept my composure and enjoyed my night with my friend. I gave 5 stars because I will most definitely be going back to try the food.

Ranoush is my FAVORITE go-to for Mediterranean food & hookah. The food & hookah is absolutely top notch delicious, the owner is very friendly, the staff is knowledgable about the food & offers excellent customer service, the wait time is never long for the food, & the food always comes out fresh! Not to mention, the alcoholic drinks are super tasty as well! When I don't want something with alcohol, the mint tea is my favorite! The restaurant is also always very clean. I love the vibes here. It's perfect for a mid-day lunch, date night for 2, or even a place to lounge by yourself or with some friends during the evening! Ranoush is also so nice because the kitchen is open so late. That's rare to find here in STL, a lot of places close early. If you choose to dine in, ask for Peter. He does a fabulous job. & make sure to order the chicken schwarma, with EXTRA garlic mayo! ;)

Great place to eat. This can be a very affordable spot. Appetizers and cocktails will kick up the price, but that’s not surprising. Great place for any occasion. Good service. Don’t miss the cocktails!

Terrible service and very rude staff. Came in from Atlanta to visit family and it took 20min until someone serviced my table. No one came and brought a water, menu, or anything. I came up to let them
Know how long I’ve been waiting and they got an attitude with me and started yelling because I complained about not being serviced for over 20min.

Hookah is usually pretty good though but I can’t take the poor service so it’ll be my last time supporting the business.

Incredible Middle Eastern food in St. Louis.
The chai, coffee, lamb kebob, kibbeh, etc are all fabulous. The environment and service are also top knotch. Highly recommend

Hardworking Staff! Crystal, Moe and Peter have always been so kind while serving whether I'm dining alone or with family and friends. Food is fantastic and the staffs customer service is even better! Definitely feels like home here. I highly, highly recommend this spot!

Asked them to cook everything in butter and they refused. I guess enjoy the diseases I’ll do business with a restaurant that uses real?

Super long wait times. Food is usually pretty good and service, when it happens, is usually good as well. Just be prepared to wait a very long time to get anything, including a check.

Chicago native first visit to any hookah place in Saint Louis They charge you for even the coal which i’ve never seen before in any hookah place, the place is pretty expensive for the service they provide and the worst hookah i’ve had, menthol cigarettes have more menthol than their mint hookah. Don’t recommend at all for hookah

Their chicken shawarma is absolutely delicious, but they are too stingy with the sauces. The garlic sauce is key, yet there is only a tiny container of it. For $22, I expect more. There used to also be a tahini sauce that I used on the salad; without it, the salad is lackluster. Sometimes they make a nice cucumber-tomato middle Eastern style salad, but other times, it's just limp lettuce with rubbery tomato slices. The pita is fresh and perfect. The seating may be authentic, but eating from those low couches is very uncomfortable for us older and fatter Americans.

Ranoush is an absolute gem; Hookah, delicious cuisine and an amazing staff. During warmer weather they open their outdoor seating where you can dine and enjoy the sights of Delmar. I have always walked away from Ranoush happy and miss it dearly since relocating to another state.

Worst hookah I had in the ever. I ordered Alfakher hookah but they served me something different. I paid 49 for a hookah and Arabic coffee

Decent food, terrible service. Can't even get your check unless you ask if its ok to leave without paying.

I used to love this place. I knew it as a great place with great services and foods, which goes back to 6 months ago. However, in my last visit, I had one my worse experiences ever. I am not sure what has been changed, but this place has been upside down in everythings.

The food was awful! We couldn't finish our plate because of its bad quality. The meats were bad and tasted awful. The new waitress wasn't working and serving any customer. It is definitely my last visit.

Do not recommend to anyone.
