Ranoush, Bridgeton MO

Our waitress was horrible.flat out. Definitely frustrating when gratuity is included when it's not deserved. However the ladies that took care of the Hookah were wonderful. Food wasn't bad but they didn't have everything available on the menu which might just be a limited time issue since they just opened. Good spot for a new location

I enjoy Mediterranean food and what they serve is decent. We had kibbeh and yogurt starters. Then we ordered the chicken and beef shawarma and also an order of the lamb kebob. All standard so pressed the button for the type of food we were expecting. One nice surprise was the Muhammara. I just had never had it and it was tasty. Waiter was very friendly and attentive. They do allow hookah smoking indoors. That may not bother some, but due to that and the overall dark/night club vibe I probably won't be back. I also would not consider it for a work lunch/dinner either.

Came to this location for the 1st time and Gabe was WONDERFUL. The vibes amazing Hookah fire, Mohammad (the chef) had that food tasting amazing. 10/10

We were with a party of 8. Years ago, we ate at Ranoush in University City and really liked it.

This location was dark, smoky from the Hookahs and for some reason we kept smelling cannabis smoke. The manager said that people come in smelling that way as they do not allow it there. We wondered if that was true.

The others in our party were ok with it all, but my wife and I didn’t need to be around a stinky place to have a nice dinner. So, we excused ourselves and left. Yup, we left knowing that we were going to meetup for dessert at one of the other couple’s house later.

Anyhow, the manager was trying to be nice about it all, but he couldn’t keep us there. We won’t be back unfortunately, to actually try the food.

We rarely walk out of a restaurant! The food seemed a little pricey, but that is how it is these days. They offered a falafel wrap not on the menu as I do not eat meat.

Maybe it’s hip and I’m just too old to appreciate the atmosphere. Oh well.

Great atmosphere on the day I went which was a Sunday afternoon. Great food, they also have a DJ that plays music, a VIP room. I'm not sure but it has a club atmosphere which is what it may be on a Friday night or Saturday night but I attended on a Sunday afternoon so it had a nice groove it wasn't packed but had a nice crowd. It's somewhere I will definitely visit again but I need to see what it is like on a Friday or Saturday night in order to give further information on it but definitely a great spot for a Sunday afternoon. Not a spot for kids you have to be 21 and older

I hope the owner see this. I will never come step foot back in this place again. I paid 10.00 to get into this place, once we went in there was no one at the counter for us to be seated, finally the person came up and asked me how many was it, I told her two and she tells me that it will be a wait and that she don't know how long the wait will be. They are getting over on people charging people 10.00 and knowing that they don't have anymore room to seat people and they know that if customers are already there having a good time that more then likely you won't never get a seat, which thats what happened. I literally paid 10.00 just to walk in this place and never got seated they never even gave us a menu to even show us the prices for the hookah. We waited for over 45mins and we ended up leaving. So basically they just got 20.00 out of us between me and my friend. And they kept letting people in knowing that they had no room. This is absolutely wrong, as a business owner if you know that you are full to capacity then you should announce that and the customers know that they are full but its 10.00 to get in and you don't know how long the wait will be. Let them make that decision on whether they still want to come in are not. They are setting there business up for failure and this is a very dangerous game that they are playing trying to get over and take peoples money. Everyone that came in after us paid and they ended up leaving as well because of the wait and no one was getting up. I will be disputing this charge. And I never ever paid to get into a hookah bar. If you all looking for a spot go to casablanca on the southside they are very professional and the food is really good.

They continue to make people pay to get in, yet there’s no tables available so you’re standing there waiting. Then when you do get a table the staff ignores you and never takes your order. Horrible. You’re either a restaurant or a lounge. Pick one!

This is my second bad experience in this establishment. I was vibing waiting on a table. We got our table after an hour, then finally ordered my food and hookah. About 5 minutes after my hookah and food arrived we were asked to leave because someone with us fell asleep. We had been waiting at this establishment all that time talking and ordering drinks just to be told to leave. Extremely unprofessional and the manager wouldn’t talk to us.

Gabe is the best thing abt Ranoush, i followed him from the cwe to north county. & the chicken fire.

My absolute FAV place to unwind. Especially on Tuesday for the $5 Hookah specials. Service is superior, Good music, Food and Vibes.

I wasn’t sure if moving to Bridgeton would change the vibe of the Ranoush that once sat in the central west end. I thought maybe it wouldn’t be as fun, or the crowd would be less electric but I was wrong! The new Ranoush in Bridgeton is by far the best location they’ve had. I drive all the way from Delmar and Union just to go to this one. The brunch, the music, the hookah, and the energy is amazing. The manager Gabe was so kind and concerned when it came to me and my parties needs. The red lights add a smooth blanket over the lounge that relaxes you. The hookah is premium shisha and you can tell. I LOVE the $5 hookah on Tuesdays and Happy Hour on Monday (DRINKS HALF OFF!). Our server was so attentive and made sure our visits were more than satisfactory. I will ONLY go to Ranoush Bridgeton. So glad they built this one.

Just left Ranoush In Bridgeton, found out they’re doing $5 Hookah’s every Tuesday now and Half off liquor on Mondays. Definitely my new weekly spot

I came on a Tuesday for the $5 Hookah special and I had such an amazing time! I absolutely love the atmosphere and the staff were so helpful with answering my questions. Really nice place 10/10

The atmosphere is amazing! Service is excellent! On Tuesday they have 5 dollars hookahs! Check them out! You will love it!

William was the absolute best. He took care of everything for us with a smile and extra care. I will come back just for his service
