Would highly recommend using Ratteree Transportation & hauling. Had my GMC break down and Eric made it out to get me towed in no time at all! In my experience, most tow companies take hours to respond to a tow call, he made it out in about 30 minutes and got me to where I needed to be! A huge thanks and shout out!

Justin was our tow truck driver and we cannot thank him enough, not only was he extremely friendly and respectful but patient and made sure we were taken to where we needed to be (the tire shop) and then went out of his way to make sure we were able to make it to the place we needed to stay for the night safely, truly cannot thank him a enough and cannot recommend any better service than this!

They are very responsive and kept me in the loop as far as when the driver was on his way. Driver was friendly and professional and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend their service.

The driver that towed m son’s car did a great job, however it was very difficult and I helped anyway I could. I do appreciate his persistence and the fact the he did get the car loaded and delivered. I thank him and his company for doing a job that another company just said he couldn’t do it!

Eric is awesome, he was very nice, polite, and helpful. I ran out of gas and I was 7 miles from the nearest gas station and he drove a half hour or so just to bring me a couple gallons of gas. He even made sure my car started before he left. Thank you so much.

After previously making the mistake of getting a tow truck via insurance and waiting around for 7 hours for the truck to arrive, I was referred to Ratteree by Jodee at CarStar. Not only was the driver exceptionally friendly and understanding, he was QUICK. I called and asked how fast we could get a truck to my vehicle and he said thirty to forty-five minutes.
