I just love talking to the owner very sweet, nice and humble. I have a great experience every time I’ve talked to him over the phone or if I’m there in person and the service is beyond excellent to.

Took my push mower in for annual tuneup, was working just fine before leaving it here. Got it back a week later and, even after returning it twice for additional looks, it still doesn't start. They somehow managed to damage a healthy mower during the "tuneup" process. Went elsewhere.

I had them to fix my Lawnmower but didn’t fix it and charged me 30.00 dollars to drop it off and 55 dollars when I picked it up so I say I got ripped off for 85 dollars.

I had worst experience at Raytown mower today he’s total con. I took my lawnmower to be repaired left a 30.00 deposit. He said he would call me to let me know what the problem was. He never called. I called him he said he hadn’t got to it yet. He called several days later and said my mower was ready and said the cost was 192.00 with my deposit.
Didn’t give me a choice if I wanted him to fix it are not.

You just can't hardly find shops like this anymore, extremely knowledgeable I'll stop in and not have hardly any of my equipment information and still get exactly what I needed, but please if you do go in try and get you model and make Information. You might find some part online cheaper but it still not the value of the knowledgeable fellas here.

Will never go again! Ordered a belt ($42 dollars) for a mower. Was told it would be in the following week, took 3 weeks and then ended up being a automotive belt (same one i couldve just picked up for $22 from Orielly)! Told the owner that I have tried that same belt with no luck and he said try again, that the correct belt was on back order. It lasted 2 minutes. Went in and he laughed! Ordered the correct mower belt from Amazon (actually 2) for $12 each and had them in 2 days!

Lots of rude sarcasm from the owners. I ordered some parts through this store and after not hearing anything for 2 weeks I call to follow up on my parts and I get told the parts haven’t shipped yet so then I go on to ask maybe how much longer or how long down the manufacturer normally take to ship. After asking that simple question I get told to come get my refund. Glad I did I went to lee summit lawn and leisure and paid half the price I was charged this store Also received everything within a week of ordering.

My lawnmower still doesnt work. Communicating with customer before expensive repairs are made to ensure thats what they want is necessary and didnt happen. I felt trapped into paying the $110 dollars on a free mower just because it was my father in laws. Duped by a local business during the COVID shutdown genuinly hurts my heart and integrity ro raytown businesses.

Went to get something fixed. Came back worse. Paid over 700 for absolutely nothing. Do not trust your equipment to be repaired by this business. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
