First time they came out they cracked the pvc piping from my washer drain but then denied it. Main drain backed up within a day or 2 so called them to come back out. First guy couldn't get past 75 ft so we had to wait another 2 days for the boss to come out (mind you we cannot use any water at this time). That guy was able to get through the whole 100 ft. But after he was done he put the main drain plug back on but didn't tighten it. When I went down later sewage was leaking on our floor I tried to tighten the plug myself but it just fell off and the back half fell down my drain.he could've told me the plug needed to be replaced due to how old it was or the fact that that it wasn't tightening on but he didn't want to deal with it so just left it that way. Very unprofessional.

I have used this company a few times and have referred several friends to them. In the past, no complaints, the techs were wonderful and knowledgeable. Today, a tech was at my house for an hour. I paid, he went on his way. I flushed my toilet less than 5 mins after he left and it still will not flush. Called the tech's cell immediately, no answer. Called the office and the woman said she was going to call him. Waited 30 mins - by now the tech is 40 mins away and the receptionist says he "can't" turn around; he has "lots of jobs to do today" - what about finishing jobs? She asked if I only had one toilet - not sure why that matters; I also can't do my laundry. She was hateful and rude repeatedly. Refused to try to fix the situation. I called back 4 hours later and I received the same attitude. Now it's almost 5 on a Friday and I have no help. DO NOT use this company, they literally do not care about their customers. It's pretty clear this woman has been a continuous problem if you read through the years of reviews.

These guys are great. Professional, helpful and got the job done right. On top of a great job roto rooter quoted me for $415 just to snake my drain. Razor Rooter did the job for less than half of that as well as a 3 putting a warranty to there work. I cannot recommend these guys enough. These guys are my go too from now on.

Called to unclog a floor drain in the basement. They were quick and reasonable. I found a new plumber! Thanks!?

I have used this company before and they've been fairly good but recently I have had a hose spigot outside that does not work I've called them a month ago they they said they were real busy and that they plumber would give me a call I've called them three times and they're still busy. I had to call another plumber because they are just not reliable on getting back to you
