This place is awesome! Their selection is top notch and their knowledge and willingness to teach those getting in to the hobby for the 1st time is second to none. I just recently got back in to collecting after not collecting cards since I was a kid and it has become a near weekly trip for the family to come here especially since my son and daughter are getting in to collecting now as well. They also have a spot to where you can rip packs in store for anything you buy with complimentary sleeves and top loaders for cards you open in store.

I go into this store as often as I can with my kids and always walk away impressed and satisfied. They have a wide variety of singles, packs and boxes across all sports and spending level and frequently add fresh inventory. The staff is what I always end up being most-impressed with; they are knowledgeable and kind.particularly to my children who are all treated with the upmost respect and made to feel special. This is a must-stop card shop if you're driving thru the STL area!

Just buy on eBay. They’re unfriendly and make you feel unwelcome. I’m sure their big, repeat customers get better treatment. Non negotiable from their high prices even with cash spending a few hundred dollars. You know comic book guy in the simpsons? That’s the impression I got here. Everyone was condescending. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

I got back into the hobby earlier this Summer for the first time in years and my few visits to this shop definitely helped rekindle my love for it. I live in St. Louis city where there are mysteriously no sports card shops, but if these people opened one out there I'd spend all my money. Super helpful, friendly and down to talk cards. Top-tier experience for sure.

I can’t begin to say a worthy amount of positive things about this shop and everyone who works there. Always a pleasurable experience. These guys go above and beyond to show appreciation to their customers. As someone who’s delved back into the hobby after a myriad of years, it’s refreshing to find a shop that is friendly and accommodating.

Buy sell trade. Nope just buy, trade, went to see what my big binder of baseball cards could be appraised for, roughly 300-400 cards, and was told the boss is only looking for autographed Micheal Jordan cards so ya I don't have any of those. And if you do congratulations they probably won't give much based on what I can see.

Super new to the hobby and someone recommended I look for and purchase singles instead of dishing out a lot of money (quickly) in search of specific players. I was apprehensive at first but someone on reddit mentioned rbicru7 as a legit source and store. The package was secure, the order was shipped promptly and I received my order of NYM baseball cards with zero complaints! I can't stop looking at them and can't wait for more!

Always a great experience with Rbicru7. Knowledgeable staff for all aspects of the card market. I might live in PA now but this will always be my local shop. Can't say enough good things about the level of professionalism these guys go to. Late night conversations to blessing people who are avid collectors who are on the hunt for specific cards or players.

Awesome customer service. Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They're very patient with the young fans too. I remember how exciting it was for me when I went to a card shop as a kid. It's still exciting as an adult. It's great to see the young guys get to experience that.

Great wax selection and prices. Seriously best wax prices you'll find anywhere, online or in-store.

I don't live anywhere near this shop, but it is still my absolute favorite for singles and wax! The Cru at this shop is fantastic, and does such great work for the card community. DO NOT hesitate to shop with RbiCru7!

Store does not accept their own gift cards!

Purchased gift cards for my nephews as a Christmas present. This weekend they had an opportunity to finally use them. After they made their choices, they went to pay only to be told that they cannot accept gift cards in store. There is NO mention of that on their website, during the checkout process, nor on the giftcard itself. Owner's lame excuse of their "systems dont work together". Store has the money, they need to make it work. Horrible experience, and one that will keep them from ever seeing another dollar from me.

RbiCru has "comically bad customer service" is an understatement in much the same manner as calling the Incredible Hulk "slightly irritable. " My experience was one for the ages...

Upon entering the store, I was greeted with a "Hello" from a singular clerk who was answering a cavalcade of questions from an energetic newbie. I busied myself with surveying the 30 or so football cards which were readily viewable. (Most are sitting in piles upon piles within a display case, forming towers of unknown possibilities, with labels resting on each which tease the customer: "active QBs, " "retired defense, " etc.) Having chosen what to buy, I stood patiently, waiting to catch the sales associate's eye or, perhaps, the next employee to emerge from the back.

After several minutes, the associate looked in my direction and-despite me making sure to non-verbally convey I was done browsing and needed assistance-he said nothing, not so much as a "be right with you"; he simply turned back to the newbie as if anxiously awaiting his next question. I found this curious, yet decided to give the situation a chance to right itself.

Another minute passed and, the newbie realizing I was waiting, stated, "You can help someone else if you need to, " to which the clerk looked at me and, no exaggeration, replied, "No, that's okay. "

At this time, another associate appeared and, after placing a few cards in an adjoining display case, looked up at me and, without a word, returned to the back of the building.

I was impressed: It was clear the card shop was adhering to a strict S. D. E.business model and, admittedly, all employees were following it to the letter.

Mind you, to the best of my knowledge, I have never met either of these gentlemen in my life. I do not even live in the region.

I left and, not surprisingly, an individual who came in after me, having received the same apathetic treatment, followed me out.

Would not recommend.

These guys are awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful! I just got my son into collecting hockey and it’s been great!

As we walked away from making a decent sized transaction, one of the workers commented ‘ I didn’t think that would go through’ in regards to our payment. First of all it did, and what kind of business treats customers this way? DONT GO HERE
